I am looking for trophies for my Cub Scouts pack's Pinewood Derby. I can get past that, not looking for a super wall to wall carpet place, but seriously?? That being said, there was a woman and a man in there...we assume woman was secretary, man was owner. This got the woman frazzled and she wouldn't help me... I kept asking questions, and didn't really get the answers. So I left wondering why they wouldn't help me more....was there some trophy crisis in the world?? Never even saw the trophy top, had to imagine it. Nope. I…read moreunderstand that every business has policies regarding minimum orders and production timelines, but what I did not expect was the complete lack of customer service. The employee behind the counter barely looked up from her phone (or whatever she was doing) before dismissively telling me there was a 12-shirt minimum and a 2-3 week turnaround time. There was no attempt to be helpful, no effort to discuss alternatives, and certainly no appreciation for someone who walked through the door looking to spend money. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have been a customer in the past and have spent thousands of dollars with this business. Unfortunately, based on today's interaction, that clearly means nothing. I didn't even bother explaining my history with the company. I simply turned around and left. If I wanted an impersonal, dismissive experience, I could have ordered online and saved myself the trip. Customer service is supposed to be what separates a local business from a website. Sadly, that wasn't the case here. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business. There are plenty of other companies that will treat customers with courtesy and respect. If you're looking for custom apparel, I'd suggest finding virtually anyone else. Even an online ordering experience would have been more welcoming than what I received today.
