Matt and his team hit the high mark on all levels - quality of work, turn-around time, great prices, and customer service. This last time of going to him made me decide to take my business elsewhere as he berated me over the phone, because I came to his door, where the door knob does not work and the door does not open easily. Having gone there not that often and not remembering this, I followed the instructions on his sign that says to call him. Unfortunately that sets off his on-site dog, which sets the owner off as well. He not so kindly told me that because I did he would tack on additional charges to my order because he's bothered by people making his dog bark. This guy seems to think the issues with his business, door and dog's barking are the fault of the customer. If you feel like having a good verbal berating then this is the place to go. If not I'm going to say look for another shop, I found one close by, they were nice, professional, easy to work with, quick with the order and I didn't feel like crap walking away. Oh and no barking Dog.

The employee behind the counter barely looked up from her phone (or whatever she was doing) before dismissively telling me there was a 12-shirt minimum and a 2-3 week turnaround time. There was no attempt to be helpful, no effort to discuss alternatives, and certainly no appreciation for someone who walked through the door looking to spend money. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have been a customer in the past and have spent thousands of dollars with this business. Unfortunately, based on today's interaction, that clearly means nothing. I didn't even bother explaining my history with the company. I simply turned around and left. If I wanted an impersonal, dismissive experience, I could have ordered online and saved myself the trip. Customer service is supposed to be what separates a local business from a website. Sadly, that wasn't the case here. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business. There are plenty of other companies that will treat customers with courtesy and respect. If you're looking for custom apparel, I'd suggest finding virtually anyone else. Even an online ordering experience would have been more welcoming than what I received today.
