First I have to apologize to the guys at Off the Hook, I promised then I'd write a review Immediately and it took me months, sorry guys. These guys are absolutely fantastic. My best friends birthday was coming up and I wanted to do something fun and thought of this idea. I called to multiple printing places asking if I could get 5 shirts made and the order wasn't big enough for them. I came across Off the Hook told them my thoughts and the gentleman on the phone sounded excited about the idea and said "we can do it so come on down." I walked into the shop it was organized, clean and had lots of items out on display. I was greeted with a smile and a fist bump and we went back to where the magic of their process happpens, I sat down with the computer graphics guy and we hit it off immediately and had fun through the whole process, laughing, joking and serious talk at times, I felt as is if I knew this guy my whole life. This was my first experience with Off the Hook and it won't be my last. I've already recommended them to my friends and family. I needed a custom tee for my young grandson for Christmas, and found this store on the web. They were courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The designer sat with me for about 20 minutes, creating samples of varied colors, sizes, and designs, and the final result was absolutely better than my original concept. The tee is also a brand name and of good quality. They offered to print it while I waited, so I didn't have to return to pick it up. The price was also less than I expected! All this service for what most likely was their smallest sale of their day! Well worth the trip to Pawtucket and there is even free on-street parking. read more

I couldn't be happier with the work that Off Tha Hook did for me. I sent an inquiry online for a spirit wear order for my school, and Jamaal contacted me within less than an hour. Everything he sent over was timely, and the design was awesome. Through the online ordering website made especially for our school, receiving orders and collecting money, which is generally a hassle, was eliminated. Prices were great, quality was great, and the orders came right on time. Not to mention, our school loved the spirit wear so much that we plan to do another sale! Would like to take a moment to shout about how incredibly impressed I was with my experience. I needed a shirt made for last night due to a shipping snafu with another vendor... I walked in with a concept and was able to sit and collaborate directly with the designer, who made my vision come to life right before my eyes with some impressive graphic manipulation. I left to run some errands and when I returned only a few hours later, the finished product was perfect. I couldn't be more impressed with how fast they were able to deliver the final product. Both times they have gone above and beyond what I'd expect from a company. Jessie the graphic designer was awesome and spent a lot of time working with me. Then two weeks later, as promised, we had our silk-screened shirts ready for next event. Fast, friendly and efficient service at a great value.
