We started with an initial Zoom meeting to discuss my vision, and see some samples, and she overnight shipped me samples to be able to see the paper, ink colors, and feel the texture. We had a tight turnaround time of a few weeks and Diana was very flexible and transparent throughout the process, and communicated every step of the way. I cried when I received the final product -- the invitations came out even better than I imagined! I would recommend DWRI to anyone creating a custom wedding suite and stationery!

Lois and the staff at DWRI have been such a kind and generous help to us, and we've loved every time we've been able to come in and meet to discuss different elements. A key on my laptop broke. I brought my device to Staples in Smithfield, and a tech person (a woman)…read moretold me I would need to order a new key. I asked "how do I do that?" Amazingly, she printed out a form for me with how to order the key. I went online and placed the order. The cost with shipping was approximately $10. The "tech lady" also suggested I buy a freestanding keyboard so I could continue working on my computer, and I did. HERE IS THE PROBLEM ... I brought my laptop in to have the "letter e" key fixed, and the woman at Staples said it couldn't be fixed b/c there was no "underneath part" to the key. Not sure why the key I paid $10 for didn't have the underneath part. I asked if we could take the "underneath part" of another key. For example, I have two keys with the "plus" sign on them. She said no. Here's the bottom line: I will never shop at any Staples store ever again, and look, I have spent A LOT OF MONEY at Staples over the years. I have also sent emails to my friends and colleagues about this. We are going to shop at Target rather than Staples for now on.

Incredible service. I had a desktop CPU that kept overheating. Found it to be a known issue and…read morethe CPU cooling thing needed to be replaced. I didn't know about My Technology Specialist. I found them in town and called them at noon Monday. 23 hours later, before noon Tuesday, I picked up my machine with a new cooling unit installed. And they had to order the part! My machine is running like the beast it should now. Greg was fantastic to talk to. Everything was clear and easy. Great communication from Greg.
