We use Kerrin all the time. For business cards we first used the well-known on-line printer…read moreeveryone knows, and found the result to be too generic, too commonplace. Moving on to a higher end on-line printer, we found the results fine, but very expensive. Nowadays, Kerrin gives us those same cards at less than half the cost (oops, I hope they don't raise the price!). They had been referred to us many times before we actually started using them, and now I see why.

Not only did they make the magnets quickly but the layout, coloring and lettering was perfect. Chase Graphics went above and beyond for us. If you are shopping around for a graphic design group, please call the folks at Chase Graphics, they are friendly, fast and creative. We loved them so much, we chose them over several other graphic designers closer to us. We are in Grafton, MA. Chase is in Putnam, CT. They were well worth the distance!!

My mother passed away last November. I wanted to create two poster boards filled with pictures of…read moreher for the wake, but didn't want to cut up the original photos. The morning of the wake the owner, Tom, interrupted a job he had running to color xerox dozens of our family photos onto a heavy card stock, enlarging some and reducing others so I could create exactly the mosaic I wanted. The quality of the copied images was so close to the actual photos that when people at the wake commented how they loved this or that photo and I peeled the copy off to give them, they had to be convinced I was only giving them a copy of the image and not the actual photo. Tom refused to charge me for the job. I've been coming here for many years and have always appreciated the friendly, involved customer service. I do very small "nuisance" jobs - a few photocopies here and there, or some lamination. I feel Tom has always given my work the same careful attention he does for the big jobs, and really has an eye for detail and quality nuances. He's really good at what he does and I also think he's a terrific guy.

If anyone is looking around for a place that offers more than spiral binding, they do offer "perfect binding" which is glued, unexposed page edges where they're bound together. He gave me rushed service and did not give me the product I asked for. If he didn't have the time to do what I wanted he could've referred me to the printing shop one Plaza over. They did take me, and told me he will sometimes refer clients. The woman there understood exactly what I was asking for and instead of blatantly refusing my service like ad print guy did, they just let me know when to pick it up.
