I've been made to feel like they are doing ME a favor when placing an ad there. I'm trying to get a new venture off the ground, holding an event this weekend. I NEEDED that ad to be run to announce that event. All of a sudden, I check my email and see that they have decided not to run my ad because they don't have my debit card number on file (which I know they do). Also, the person sending me that couldn't even put his/her name on the note, so I have no idea who sent it. Can you say unprofessional? They have been in business so long, that it seems they are taking their customers for granted. You know, my phone number is right there in my ad. You mean to tell me they couldn't just CALL me? That would have taken less time than writing me an email. We need to return to good, old-fashioned service. Sad that we have become that technologically dependent. We'd rather email or text than give a phone call.
