Saqul/ Saqo whatever his name is- charged me $150 for a new screen that showed spots all over it within 48 hours. I called to see if he could replace it for me as that one was faulty and he said yes. When I arrived, he asked how I was going to pay for the second screen but I had just paid $150 only a couple days before. He insisted I dropped it when I definitely did not. I immediately put a screen protector and case on my phone so why wasn't my screen protector broken, but the actual screen is? Called me a liar. He wanted me to pay ANOTHER $150 for an iPhone 15 screen!!! Absolutely so messed up. $300 on 2 screens in 2 days in insanity. Totally taking advantage of customers & horrible management. Why would I ever come back here or recommend this place after highway robbery? He is so rude and said there's no manager for me to speak to. Never again. Don't go here. They're clearly scammers. I typically buy refurbished phones off eBay, but this time I saw an ad online saying support small…read morebusinesses, and I decided why not, let me give it a shot. I walked in and the buying process was as smooth as it could have been. The refurbished phone was a bit scratched up but seemed to work fine. Two hours later the back of the refurbished phone (iPhone) was peeling off. For me it was a bad sign (if the back of the phone was already peeling off, what else will break? It just seemed like shotty work). I went back for a refund as the phone did not seem to be in good condition. I was told that there would be a restocking fee... fine. Then they told me they were doing me a "favor" by accepting my return, and that within the 3 hours that I was gone they sold my trade-in device. Note that there was no signage in the store, or on my receipt stating that there wasn't a refund policy. So because of how "complicated" the transaction was I was only able to be refunded for the actual money that was paid (I completely lost my trade-in; I said that he had no problem assigning a cash value for it earlier in the transaction. I was basically told that there was not enough margin for him to refund me the agreed upon trade-in value? ). I would not recommend doing business here.
