The shop is conveniently located in Warwick, inside the Walmart at the R.I. Mall on Bald Hill Road. Surrounded by cell phone accessories, one woman sits at a desk that is also her workshop. Magic happens here ... She quickly diagnosed that my phone needed a new charging board/port, and explained the repair in a straightforward manner, with a clearly quoted price that was very reasonable. She keeps parts for many phones, but happened to be out of the part for my particular phone, so I had to return a couple days later, when it was re-stocked. No problem, though, she said my phone was also capable of being charged using a wireless magsafe charger (which I didn't know about). She sold me a wireless charger at a very reasonable price, and she was so thorough that she tried it on my phone to made sure it worked, before I left the store. I was very grateful that I was able to use my business phone again, while I waited for the part to be ordered. As promised, two days later, the part arrived, and she contacted me. I returned, left the phone with her, went to do an errand, and when I returned about 45 minutes later, my phone repair was complete, and my phone was fully charged, with a new glass screen protector installed (which I requested) and my phone case reinstalled. The phone was good to go, and instantly begins charging when I plug a charge cord in it. I am beyond happy, and would recommend this business without hesitation.

Phone repair issue still not fixed…read more Review: I had my phone screen replaced here and from the moment I picked it up it started flickering and glitching. There is no physical damage on the phone at all. The issue clearly came from how it was reassembled. When I went back to address it the first questions I heard were "When did you get it fixed?" "Do you have the receipt?" There was no attempt to even look at the problem. No let's see what's going on. No let's determine whether this is on me or on you. It went straight to assuming it was my fault even though I paid 180 dollars and the problem began immediately after the repair. I was also told it might be because the screen was aftermarket. But aftermarket screens are still supposed to work. Assembly matters. If the repair caused the issue then taking ownership matters. I checked my review history before writing this. They said if the screen is not cracked, broken or any water damage they will guarantee it, that was certainly not the case. They have a policy. I don't know what the policy is when you actually have the receipt on your phone nope it has to be in paper and in his hand totally ridiculous.
