He went in told the guy what he needed. This guy ended up damaging the camera and gave my son his money back. When I went in to handle it. He told me it was my son's word against his and refused to give me the name and contact information for the manager or owner of the shop. Phone repair issue still not fixed…read more Review: I had my phone screen replaced here and from the moment I picked it up it started flickering and glitching. There is no physical damage on the phone at all. The issue clearly came from how it was reassembled. When I went back to address it the first questions I heard were "When did you get it fixed?" "Do you have the receipt?" There was no attempt to even look at the problem. No let's see what's going on. No let's determine whether this is on me or on you. It went straight to assuming it was my fault even though I paid 180 dollars and the problem began immediately after the repair. I was also told it might be because the screen was aftermarket. But aftermarket screens are still supposed to work. Assembly matters. If the repair caused the issue then taking ownership matters. I checked my review history before writing this. I have never written a bad review before. I'm only writing this to protect the next person. If this had been handled with integrity I would gladly leave five stars. Mistakes can be fixed. I brought my phone to get the screen fixed and once they so called fixed it, within less than a month I have been having issues with the typing can't press certain letters on the screen and they guarantee that if the screen doesn't work after they fix it you could bring it back so I did and they look for every excuse not to fix it. They said if the screen is not cracked, broken or any water damage they will guarantee it, that was certainly not the case. My screen was not cracked broken, and no water damage to it and they still refused they just want me to pay again... mind you it's not the first time this has happened twice already with different phones but I never decided to write a review but never again will they get my support as a customer.
