I could also pay and tip online. Their contact consulted with me throughout the service to ensure the tv would be where I wanted it, and he was careful to put down protective cloth so that they wouldn't leave a mess. He worked pretty quickly, neatly, and ensured I was good with the service before he left. They also provided a cord cover for the tv cable without an extra charge. Overall, it took about 30 mins. It was a little pricey, but I knew that beforehand and chose them because they had good reviews! Would definitely recommend.

I happenstance stumbled upon his yelp page which was buried 5 pages deep because most other installers were flaking out on me and am glad I did!! For Joe this is not just a business but also a passion. He literally can talk about the advancements in Audio/Video and home theater all day long which he did with me even though it was nearly 7pm on a Monday night. The thing that I was most impressed with was the fact that he is a perfectionist and if something didn't look or sound right to him he would make sure it did. He has an eye and ear that is more fine tuned for this than we consumers do and he'll let you know it if it isn't right even though we may think it is. He even went as far as calibrating the projector to THX certs on his Ipad for free!! He charged me for 2 hours labor even though he was here for well over 3 hours! Solid Alarm System and Capable Installation…read more We had ADT replace the non-central alarm system in our new home. The existing system was old and both prior owners had "forgotten" the master code (you can tell how concerned they were about security!). After some research, I reached out to ADT and they had a salesperson come by and do a walkthrough. She was thorough and pointed out some potential security issues. She was not pushy and worked within the budget we gave her. After a few "false starts" scheduling the installation, they agreed to do the installation off usual hours. The technician was prompt, courteous, neat and did a nice job explaining all the functionalities. We have used the alarm the past several days and have been quite pleased thus far.

I assumed the monitored fire and smoke alarm may cost something because they would not tell me how much it costs on the phone. I set up for the technician to come out. He informed me that the equipment was not free like I was told. It would be just over 2,500 dollars and that was after I was given a 600-dollar credit. So, in total my system would cost a bit over 3,100-dollars. I asked for another option and after trimming back the system that he designed it came to around 1,000-dollars. I am so happy that I had the foresight to not sign the contract before the technician came out or I would be stuck with a huge bill that I was not expecting. My advice would be to get a clear and detailed list of what will be installed and how much it will be before signing any contract with ADT.

They had a pair of single ended triode monoblocks (aka, cool looking tube amplifiers) on display during my last visit.
