The worst customer service imaginable. First, the 30 day return policy is useless. Don't open the box up or they will find some way to make it your problem. The policy sucks. These people don't want to build relationships nor work with customers like other reputable stores. They are here to sell product and run. Secondly, their price matching policy. Lol. We bought a new light after deciding the first purchase was wrong for our home we're unable to get a refund. Shame on us for not walking after our first bad experience. We found it advertised for $150 less online, not from a competitor, nope, through their website. Conventional wisdom says, no problem, they'll match their own price right! We just bought it. Guess again. Another form letter from their legendary CS team says no go. This company sucks. There are outstanding companies out there who care for their clients and their reputation has value. This company is not one of them.
