A week later, I had a follow-up phone conversation with Andrew, who told me he was a "master electrician". He came by two days later, replaced a failing circuit breaker, and told me he would charge me only for the breaker and not for the second visit. He then charged me $250 for the circuit breaker, which retails for $90. I resent being gouged and taken advantage of by this technician. I will never again use Crowe Electric.
