Andrew added an outlet for an over the range microwave, and for a bidet. His work was excellent, and very reasonably priced.

The finished product looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with it. - replaced an an old backup generator circuit and transfer switch to a much simpler and reliable 240v circuit with mechanical interlock and it worked a treat during two storms paired with a harbor freight generator. - installed and calibrated an led flood light 30 some odd feet off the ground - installed a google Nest outdoor camera with floodlight and a nest doorbell camera - He also found and replaced a crumbling old circuit to my water pump that I had no idea was arcing and could have caused a fire. I'm so grateful for his expertise and attention to detail, which undoubtedly saved my home from a potentially catastrophic situation. All this in just under two days and I was very happy with the price. I can't recommend Bryan enough. He's not only a skilled electrician, but he's also friendly, professional, and easy to work with. If you're looking for an electrician who can do light carpentry, Bryan Cerullo is your guy!

During this last October No Name 2021 storm,we lost power on and off 5 or 6 times during the first night and the generator performed perfectly. At approximately 3:30 am, the generator failed to come on line.. at 5:30 am, I noticed that the 75plus mph winds apparently blew the cover open.. the entire inside was soaked. I called New England Generator and they assured me that tho they were extremely busy, they would come.. At about 7 :30 pm. 2 techs arrived they troubleshot the issue quoted me a repair cost and had us back up running in 30 minutes.. the techs obviously had been working straight out all day , but they were polite, professional and got the job done in minimum time in the dark in hurricane conditions. I highly recommend New England Generator for any back up power needs. Everyone including the office staff are top notch and know how to treat and keep customers. Joe Leahy

LEFT FOR DEAD BY NE GENERATOR…read more We've had an annual service contract for a fews years with this service provider. During the nor'easter in March our town was w/o power for two days. We called for emergency help and were told that they couldn't come for a few days. We explained we had an annual service contract. They stated it was first come first serve regardless if contracted or not contracted. See ya!

We were in the market for a standby generator installation and contacted a small handful of…read morecompanies that serviced Southern NH. Generator Pro (Nashua) and NH Generator Installers (Concord) were the two companies that had the generator installation process down to a science as well as good reviews on other sites. We brought both companies out to give us quotes and the work came out to about the same price in both cases. We ended up choosing Generator Pro because (a) we didn't have to chase them down for the estimate after the visit, (b) the owner personally did the site visit for the estimate and seemed like a really good guy and (c) their communication skills were noticeably better than their competitor. Generator Pro ended up being great every step of the way to the finish line. The installation process is coordinated by Michelle, who is incredible at her job. When you undertake a complex job such as a generator installation, the person coordinating the work is just as important as the people actually performing the work. There are numerous steps along the way--choosing the right generator, getting it delivered and "set", gas hookup, electrical hookup, inspection, etc--and most of it has to happen in a certain order around the buyer's schedule. Some of the work needed to be outsourced to 3rd parties, such as gas work and electrical work. Generator Pro chose very friendly and competent workers for these tasks that we were happy to welcome into our home. When the generator process was complete, the owner (Doug) drove over to give us a personalized tutorial on usage. When you spend this amount of money on a purchase, you want to feel great about it every step of the way. Generator Pro gave us a level of service that never had us second guessing ourselves when we were writing large checks. We look forward to working with them going forward!

I had a bucket list of items that I needed help with. I got ridiculous quotes from other electricians, $2200, $2600, $2500. Marty came by, looked at the job and had decided the best course of action what to just do Time and Materials at his hourly rate. It saved him from underestimating/overestimating and I could manage the costs fairly. Items completed: 1. Deck Post light caps: Caseta switch installation. Also diagnosing some incorrect connections (I had made incorrect connections previously). Wiring an incomplete LV wiring run to complete a 'missing' section of lights. 2. Under deck puck lights: 15 Amp box and 2nd Caseta switch installation powering puck lights 3. Troubleshooting Magnitude MLV Transformer (found bad caseta switch and worked with Lutron support to diagnose and get replacement) 4. Installed heat tape on troublesome (ice/snow) roof section I got everything done for roughly $600.00. (I bought all the materials in advance ~$100 worth and did some "brain dead" stuff myself (like running 14/2 UF wire through existing conduit). In any event, I was thrilled with T&M as was he. I believed I saved roughly $1500 by spending an hour or two myself and having Marty come in for the rest. I think I found my new 'go to' electrician in my area. Fair, honest and hard working.
