We'd had two other electricians come out earlier in the week, but they hadn't been able to fix the issues. I called Crowe Electric on a Wednesday and scheduled an appointment for Monday of the following week. Andrew called me back, as he reviews the upcoming service requests. Since it was potentially a safety issue, he called me and said he could get someone out same-day to assess the situation. The electrician he sent out was able to get things in a state where we could use appliances without issue, and then scheduled time that Friday to come back out and upgrade our electrical panel to 200 amps. The two electricians who did the work on Friday did a fantastic job. We will definitely be using Crowe Electric for all our electrical needs from here on out.

With something as critical as a generator, I feel confident that they will keep it running and be there if something goes wrong. Wish there were more companies with this level of service! As I sit here waiting for the Jan 2022, Bomb Cyclone to hit, I am BEYOND GRATEFUL that they got the installation finished two days ago- they went above & beyond to get the system installed prior to this storm.
