Jake J. was efficient, well-capable, personable. He even took away the old ceiling fan he replaced and it's packing materials, which I did not expect. Good job! Roger S. read more

We used Kuhlman Electric to install an EV charger. They were easy to schedule with and showed up right on time. Jesse and Jose did a nice job despite some challenges with routing the wire through our finished basement. They ended up having to drill multiple holes to solve the problem, but did a good job of both patching and cleaning up the debris. Very happy with the install read more

Kuhlman Electric - Electricians Near Me - Weymouth, Massachusetts

Aiden and Serafim came to my house to replace old closet lighting with new 48 inch led lighting. Significantly brighter. Fast, on time, and clean. Not inexpensive but done right with no charge estimate. Other electricians were charging up to $300 just for an estimate. Previously during the initial Kuhlman estimate they helped with pulling out a broken off plug in an outdoor outlet. Very good communicators as to when they will arrive and the phone staff was quite courteous. Very pleased overall. read more

Well I've had some Electric issues in one room for a few weeks now, and have made Quite a few calls, and not may called back! AMAZING! Then my Wife came across KULHMAN ELECTRIC CO. and after reading numerous Reviews, I gave them a call! They called me back rather quickly, I was happy and surprised! Agreed to have them send electrician to assess my problem! A gentleman named MATT FRAZIER, showed up, on time, Explained in Detail what was my problem and solutions to fix it! Seems I have Knob & Tube wiring, very outdated and needed work! He did manage to get my lights back on, in that room, but did mention, not sure how long it would last! What is needed is remove OLD Wiring and update to New more efficient wiring! And I'm patiently waiting for their Call! The communication with Kuhlman Electric has been amazing, and MATT, was what you want when you're looking for answers! Just a Nice man with a lot of Knowledge, cause I do ask a lot of questions! Can't wait to say this is over and Done, and Glad KULHMAN is on top of this! read more

Radha and Doriano did an excellent job installing my EV charger and 60-amp circuit. They took the time to answer all of my questions, worked quickly and efficiently, made sure everything was working, and cleaned up before they left. They also added a nice mount point on the siding of my house to make sure the installation actually looked good. Overall, Kuhlman Electric was professional and responsive. I was able to schedule an estimate within a day of calling. Steve came out for the estimate and was great to work with. The estimate was fair and inline with many others I had received (and significantly less than the highest estimates). Fortunately, they had an opening in the schedule, and the charger was installed by the end of the week! read more

Wow!! This company would get six stars if that was available. End to end, they were timely, professional, thorough, fast, and worked so well together that it even put our neighbors in a good mood. They moved and installed new panels for our two apartments plus a third for a common space, rerouting the wires for the entire house, a messy, complicated task in an old Victorian like ours. Ervis, their foreman, was direct and responsive, as well as caring and helpful with the larger project of which this work was a part. He's amazing. His team, Indrit Agalliu, Radha Diaz, Steve Minichiello are highly skilled and stayed late to meet a deadline, and the cost was reasonable nonetheless. They left behind a clean neat site which passed inspection with flying colors and lots of good will. A superior experience all around. Will be hiring them again! read more

Just like the Ad on the radio, I called - they answered - they booked appt - showed up on time - provided a quote - called to schedule install once I accepted. The two electricians, Cameron Burns, and Jake Johnson - showed up on time. They were professional, polite and left my house clean after their work was complete. I spent 3 months calling electricians, never received a call back and I'm glad I found Kuhlman Electric - I recommend to anyone looking for an electrician regardless of the size of the project. Best experience ever! read more

I needed a 240 volt car charger and got six estimates. They were available the fastest. After reading the reviews, I chose them. I can see why. They ran about 18 feet of cable under a crawl space and mounted the box on the wall and installed a surge protector for the house. They completed all that in like 2 hours. read more

Michal and Joshua were wonderful to deal with. Very personable, very knowledgeable and helpful with questions I had. I have used Kuhlman Electric for 3 years now and wouldn't use any other company to come in for electrical work. The staff is great to deal with. All the staff I have interacted with have been super. Do not hire Kulham Electric. I filled out an online form for a free quote and nobody got back to me. Had to call. When they came out their estimate was very very high. read more

Kuhlman was definitely a good choice. They came out and spent the time to give an accurate estimate for the work requested. They sent a fair proposal in a timely manner, to which I accepted. Then, I needed to add a service change to the order, and again, received a fair proposal. They even asked me if I wanted to move the work up a week due to a cancellation. Mike and Roy showed up to to do the work over three days. They arrived on time or early every day. They always communicated along the way. The work was efficient, and looks really good, considering it was pouring one day, and very hot another. I've attached a couple photos of their work. I would not hesitate to use Kuhlman again! read more

A wonderful experience with Kuhlman! Michal and Cameron were friendly, professional and incredible workers. Getting the last of the knob and tube wiring out of a 100 year old house was no easy job but these guys were great! Didn't require us to move anything, they did all the moving and put everything back exactly where they found it. Also terrific clean up right down to replastering any holes they needed to make in walls. I would highly recommend Kuhlman to anyone with a big electrical job. read more

This company is AMAZING. I can't say how happy I am with their professionalism, friendliness, reasonable pricing and quality of work. Indrit and Steve came to my house today and did a great job installing a new electrical line and outlet for my new microwave. They arrived on time, cleaned up beautifully afterwards, explained everything fully, did a great job and were great guys. This company really has their act together. Very impressive. I would give them 6 stars if there was an option for that! read more

We hired Kuhlman Electrical for a few things we needed at the house. Replaced switches/plates, fixed a switch in circuit breaker, ran an ethernet cable from router to 1st floor, and also (at no extra charge) removed some old coax cables lingering from the floors. We cannot say enough how happy we are with all the work done and the service provided! Brian and Matt specifically would like to shout out. Kept everything clean and in order. If they didn't have something, would go get it immediately. Overall would recommend them to anyone and will be hiring for any future projects. read more

I requested quotes for a new EV Charger install on my driveway from a couple local electricians and decided on Kuhlman and I'm very happy with the work. This is literally the best experience we have ever had working with any trades. They are so professional. They use technology to communicate!!! What a win in itself. They gave us great advice on our renovations. I would recommend them with A+. read more

Kuhlman Electrical Services are very well organized and they only needed two visits to determine what work they needed to do immediately and what could wait. They made estimates on the work they would do and hopefully will keep to those estimates. To their work credit they paid total attention to their work and did it efficiently and they put everything they had to move back in its place. The work was done well and worked after being fully tested. They are very friendly and explained in full detail all the work they proposed on doing. read more

We hired KES for a significant project to replace existing knob-and-tube circuits and rewire most of our house. We received three quotes for the job, and KES was neither the highest nor the lowest. We decided to move forward with KES based on the description of their approach which sounded less invasive than others- this was important to us given the age of our house. Communication with KES before and throughout the project was great. Erin in the office was responsive, helpful, and friendly. Kevin and his team (Chris & Steve) arrived promptly each morning and worked consistently for nearly two weeks. Given that my wife and I work from home, coordination was important to be sure we weren't in their way and they weren't in ours. Kevin checked in with me both throughout the project with any questions or explanations, and also at the end of each day with a status update, which I appreciated. KES took great care to limit the damage to our home despite the necessity to breach into many walls, floors, ceilings, etc. There were several instances where there were multiple ways to access, route, or install a wire or fixture, and Kevin made sure that in each instance the best choice was made (even though other ways may have been easier). We would highly recommend KES to anyone looking to tackle a large (or small) electrical project, and will continue to use them for any future needs we have. Huge shout-out to Kevin, Chris, and Steve for their hard work and care taken with our home. Thank you! read more

I had called just prior to Thanksgiving to schedule an appointment after the holiday for an intermittent problem with my garage door opener. I thought it had to do with the circuit breaker, so wanted a licensed electrician to look at it. After contacting this firm via Yelp, I did get a call back within a day. Of course, taking the holiday into account, they said they would call back to schedule an appointment on the Monday after the holiday. Seemed reasonable to me and this was not an emergency by any means. They never called back. After waiting a day, the following day (Tuesday), I called another firm found on Yelp with excellent reviews. He called back right away, scheduled an appointment the following day, and took care of my issue. read more

A really professional experience from start to finish! Great communication in advance of the project (replacing a light fixture), timely arrival of the team, and great work on the job itself. What was supposed to be a quick job got a little more complicated once it started and they made it work. I already requested my next estimate with them and can't wait to continue working with them in the future. Invoicing is done via email and follow up communication was great. I personally love that they communicate via text and email because it's hard for me to take calls during the work day - but when I needed to call they were really responsive as well! read more

I was looking to replace my old chandelier with a new improved one. Few people called back or gave crazy estimates and didnt come by to check out the space. Kuhlman came quickly to check the space and a few days later provided an estimate. They were also able to fit me in quickly to replace it. I honestly wished I did this years ago with them! I had issues with the wall feeling hot by the light switch prior so a former electrician just replaced the light switch- root cause was the old chandelier! I had a fire hazard in my house that my old electrician didnt identify. read more

They installed new outlets and a chandelier. They were very pleasant and nice. The did a great job in patching up the holes afterwards.

Chris and his team did an absolutely amazing job. Recess lighting, rewiring our third floor after squirrel damage, fixing the electric in the basement which was basically pitch black before they came in. Coming back after we accidentally sawed through the line for our washer and dryer, heated fan in our bathroom, the list goes on. We loved working with you guys! Super easy to work with and when you're doing large project hearing "no problem, we can handle that" is music to my ears! We'll be calling you again! We got estimates from four other companies and KES was the most responsive, customer oriented and budget friendly. Thanks again! read more

Personable and knowledgeable. Showed up wearing masks and respecting covid-19 protocols. Took the time to come out multiple times before performing the work for estimates and to answer questions. Professional and quick service! I recently moved from the north shore and worked with their Lynn office and LOVED them. We used them often in a quirky, old house. When we moved to Brockton we called seven electricians before we found anyone who could come out to do some simple wiring for cable. Three didn't even return our phone call! Kuhlman has recently expanded to Randolph! They responded professionally on the phone and via email. They said it would take two weeks to get out, but then contacted me as soon as there was an opening. I couldn't have been happier with their work. There is certainly a need for quality electricians in the area, and I'm glad they're here to fill the need! read more

Jesse his team (Dave and Steve) were fantastic. They did a huge, complex project for me that required permits, phone calls to the town and various inspections and it all happened seamlessly and on time. Everyone I worked with was friendly, competent and extremely careful with my home. Emails and phone calls were all returned immediately and everyone was very patient with questions.
