Closer to the appointment, I was able to narrow down the timeline to know their eta. The young man who came out was polite and professional and efficient. He was able to clear the trap and vacuum out all of the hair/soap-scum/toothpaste that was causing the clog. They invoiced us through email, charge $250, which we were able to pay with a click. I was very happy with that and definitely have no hesitation to recommend him for anyone needing this service. Because my tenant wanted very hot water, Javier recommended to change shower valve. I agreed on that. The valve was replaced but did not further improve the water temperature. Despite that, my tenant is happy with the hot water now. He also helped me on fixing the bottom of a vanity drawer. Overall, I am happy with his service and will definitely use his service for similar work.

My wife and I had to call Foley Electric at almost 4pm on Veterans Day of all days for an emergency power outage at our condo. They had their electrician John there within the hour. He was very professional, clearly explained his recommended solution and got the job done in no time. Quality work for a very reasonable price especially with it being an emergency call. He had someone close by who dropped over, gave me a reasonable quote and arrived in a few days to do the job. John was wonderful! He knew what to do and got it done quick and clean for less than the original quote. His last job was to provide electricity to a detached garage which required him to dig 30 foot trench to bury the wire. Not only did he complete the job in a timely fashion but charged me less than the original estimate once he determined the time and materials were less than he originally thought it would take. I said GREAT, but then he said it was still a very expensive job. I asked him why and he mumbled something about overhead and cost to do business. He offered us a one year warranty on a capacitor or a 5 year warranty on a different capacitor. One was $650 the other was $850. By the time he got done we had a $967 bill for a job that averages $200. Look it up, and avoid this predatory company at all costs. Im pretty sure we were taken advantage of because of our extreme age and the fact we needed the air conditioning to survive.
