Foley was above expectations. I would highly recommend him! I called around to several electricians to get an outlet installed behind my TV and all the electricians quoted me 2-3 weeks to be able to get to my job. Foley was able to fit me in the very next day! He installed the outlet and fixed some exposed wiring under my sink super fast. He even helped argue with the trash man to get my cardboard boxes picked up from moving in. (Talk about above and beyond!) He was punctual, professional and his rates were very competitive! Don't confuse Foley Electric (this contractor) with M. Foley Electric down in Jamaica Plain/Boston. Foley Electric seems to have great reviews, and while I haven't personally used their services, Matt Foley from Braintree is a stand up guy. M. Foley Electric, which I have used (in Brookline) -- Also named Matt by the way, and out of Jamaica Plains, is a charlatan, apparently with multiple lawsuits pending against his clients and many general contractors who refuse to work with them due to shoddy workmanship (feel free to message me if you have questions about this, as I will happily share how they cheated us and did no work at all). read more

Great guys! Comcast came out and told us all we had was antenna wire. We recently moved in and this was holding up progress. When searching for an electrician after moving to Braintree recently, I turned to Yelp for top rated service. As usual, Yelp hasn't failed me. Matt and Andrew showed up on time and just tackled the installation of the 4 light fixtures and ceiling fan that I had ordered. Additionally, Matt was able to correct in about 15 minutes a wiring issue that I thought was going to involve taking down walls! All of this for a reasonable price.
