Could not be happier! I needed an "ASAP" new outlet installed for an appliance delivery. They were able to help and a team came out here and got the work done. They cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job getting everything done. I also had them work on a lighting issue and they took care of that. Best of all... they actually LISTENED to my input about where to put the outlet, etc. (many electricians just put it wherever THEY think is best). Not only do I recommend Super Electric very very highly, I will gladly use them again for electrical work! read more

I called Klod when a series of outlets in our home stopped working all of a sudden. He was able to come out the very same day. He arrived on time and was very responsive by text message while he was on the way. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it within an hour. He also tested the other outlets on the same floor and gave me some advice on how I could upgrade them either myself or with his help in the future. He was careful to clean up afterward and wore a mask. Overall, I am super satisfied with Super Electric and wouldn't hesitate to call Klod again. read more

Klod responded to my call right away, came to my home within 30 minutes and got the job done in no time. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommended. read more

I came across Klod after a long search for an electrician that would take my job in a short notice. Some had attitudes, others were too busy. The job was relatively a complicated one, redo someone else's sloppy work and bring everything in an apartment up to code, also do a service upgrade on the electrical panels all within a very short time period. Not only did Klod take the job, but he managed to squeeze me into his busy schedule a week early from what we originally agreed on. Klod and company came in and completed the whole job in just two days. Now everything works properly thanks to Klod and his crew..!! If you are looking for an electrician that is professional, fair with pricing and committed to his customers but overall reliable... Give Klod's at Super Electric a call..!! I highly recommend them. Klod if you are reading this, you sir have earned a loyal customer.! read more

Oh no--both the microwave and stove are dead! WTF? We don't have a "standard" electrician, so I turned to Yelp, hoping someone would come over no later than in a couple of days, since ordering out was going to get old. Called Super Electric and Klod answered the phone. When I told him my problem, I almost dropped the phone when he said he could be there by 6PM that evening (it was 2PM when I called). He let me know very frankly that the service fee is $180. I don't know what the going rate is for electricians, but it seems like a good price for an "emergency" visit. Klod got to my house at 5:45. He was professional and all business. He had to drag my oven away from the wall (watch your back) and do a lot of running up and down to my fuse box, but luckily diagnosed a loose wire, nothing more. He tightened it up, and was out of my house in 20 minutes. The price? Just the $180. I was really happy with the service. I had the feeling that if something bigger was wrong, he would have repaired it efficiently and at a fair price. We have a few minor electrical annoyances in our house, plus I would like to change some fixtures. We are going to collect all of these and schedule Klod to come back. We were very happy with him and his work. read more

I was in a bind and needed a good electrician to complete a large project left unfinished by a previous electrician. Klod and his crew definitely lived up to their name "Super". They kept their commitment to complete the work in a timely fashion. Since I recently purchased the home I also asked them to assess what else needed to be done to my home bring the electrical up to code, which they were very conscientious about. They were professional and the kindest group of people I had the pleasure to work with. Their quoted costs were reasonable and honest. I suspected that my previous electrician was overcharging me and I was right. I rarely recommend contractors however "Super Electric" is an exception. Do not hesitate to contact them. You will not be disappointed. read more

Klod has done two jobs for me and both times has been reasonably priced, prompt and done a terrific job. He even was able to install some mirrors while he came to change out my sconces which he hadn't originally planned to do. Would definitely recommend his services. read more

Klod came in to replace a bath fan and replace some outlets and install a new quad outlet. This was the second time he's done work for us. Both times he was very responsive and very professional. The first time we were in a pinch for time and he came out on a Saturday. This was after numerous calls to others that weren't returned. Him and his assistant were great to work with and just good people. Very fair pricing. I have upcoming work and I know who I will be calling for it. read more

Klod was very responsive from the beginning to end of my experience and delivered high quality service all around. Installed two bathroom ceiling exhaust fans and completed the job quickly and very professionally. He was up front about his quote expectations, potential variables with the installation and showed up on time. I like that he brought another person with him to get the job done efficiently as well. Would recommend to friends and will call him again. read more

Klod came out in an hours notice to look at the wiring to my pool pump. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and specifically told me what my problem was and how to remedy it. He was extremely affordable and easy to work with. The next week, I had another unrelated issue and called him to see if he could come out. He informed me he was out of town and promptly called another electrician that he knew to come to the house and then followed up several times to make sure the problem was remedied. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and also the fact that he completely went out his way to help me even while he was out of town. He will be my main electrician from now on. read more

Called Monday afternoon. They came Tuesday and fixed everything promptly. Good service polite and professional. I will use them again.

I found Klod on Google and Yelp as he had excellent reviews. And, his reviews held merit. He came on scheduled notice to look at an electrical thermostat issue I had, as well as a lighting and outlet issue. He was able to diagnose and fix all issues I had, and was very informative and resourceful. 5 out of 5 stars. I highly recommend him as an electrician to anyone who needs service. read more

Hands down service. Klod was very helpful for fixing my outlet problem. Very good communication and explained everything very well. The job was not straight forward but Klod took his time to figure it out and got the job done. I highly recommend him for your electric service!!! read more

Klod came on two separate occasions, to set up the electric for our washer/dryer and to wire the house for cable... very courteous, professional, clean... highly recommended. read more

The only experience I have with this company is a phone call to try to set up an appointment. They weren't interested in fixing my problem with my heating system, just told me to open the thermostat and squeeze things until the heating zone stopped running.( my heat is stuck on). If it was something I could fix I wouldn't be calling an electrician. No offer to come out and actually do something. Save your breath. Don't understand all the other great reviews. A real one star experience. At least it was free. read more

I also found Klod on Yelp , what a GREAT FIND!. He returned my call within hours and was able to fit me in within 24 hours. He was sensitive to my schedule. He showed up exactly on time!. His work was fast and proficient. He was neat an organized. Klod pre quoted an estimate that didn't change after the work was completed. Gotta love that. Fair and honest. I had one new project that came to mind while he was at my home. He took the time to look at it. The fixture was broken. He could have told me to buy a new one, but he took the time to fix it for me. I have great confidence in his ability. I am so happy I came across Kold at Super Electric. I plan to use him for all my electrical work going forward . read more

Klod and his team were excellent. They worked quickly, efficiently, and did a great job. We had a new service installed/upgraded. Klod and his team made sure to properly note each breaker and spent extra time making sure that everything was clearly labeled and that I understood everything. Cost was very competitive, especially considering the high level of service we received. Super Electric took care of all permits and cleaned the area where they had been working. Overall, an excellent experience. I will only be using Super Electric as my electrician. read more

Klod was very responsive and came out to look at my job for a quote within a few days. He came back to do the work after I purchased the light fixture within 2 days. He and his partner showed up on time and did a great job hanging my new chandelier and adding a few dimmer switches. I will definitely use Klod again and have actually already booked him for some more work! Very professional !!! read more

Why is it that when you turn the oven on the TV turns off? I have no clue, but Klod fixed the issue in about 5 minutes. He was on time, kept me up to date via text (it's my rental until), and was reasonably priced. If needed again, I won't hesitate to reach out. read more

I am blown away by Klod and Super Electric, and I haven't even met the man in person. While I was traveling and away from Bostonm my condo's heat suddenly stopped working right before Christmas. After two straight days of frantically trying to find an quality electrician via recommendations, I found "Super Electric" on Yelp. I was in disbelief yet hopeful about the 5-star reviews - not just that he had 5-star reviews, but that ALL of the reviews (recommended AND not recommended) are 5-STARS! Well, long story short, Klod diagnosed the problem over the phone and then sent a guy the very next day (one day earlier than he said he could) with the suspected parts in hand (bought them in advance so he wouldn't charge me for the extra time). Less than an hour later, the heat was back on and the guy was gone. Klod called and said he would email the bill! The job was simple, but from this experience, I feel confidently saying Klod and his employees are exceedingly trustworthy, professional, and great at their job - that and their rates are very fair. I have already recommended Klod to at least three different people, and will be sure to call him for all my electricity needs in the future. Klod is SUPER! read more
