Wendell came out that same day for a free evaluation, was on time, and spent at least thirty minutes with me until he figured out exactly what needed to be done. Wendell even offered up many helpful suggestions for limiting the cost and making the fuse box transfer more simple. I informed Wendell that I was doing a lot of the other work in the bathroom and would like to help with the project to cut down on cost and time. This was not a problem for Wendell. Wendell showed up on time the day he was supposed to come and let me help him the entire day with the project to speed it up, we did some brainstorming and Wendell was able to come up with even a more effective way to do the job. Even though Wendell is a professional he was open to any ideas I had. Wendell stayed late to bring the job near finish, and came back early the next morning on a Saturday to finish it up. He even took a look at a few other problems I was having in the unit and didn't charge me for it.
