Shows up on time, does good quality work and received no complaints from the Electrical Inspector. Service technician Greg Martin was OUTSTANDING, explained everything in detail and was a true professional. I will specifically request him in the future, if needed. (Noise was just the pump working extra hard on these hot days) However, Customer Service (over the phone) promised an 8AM-12PM appointment and my tech arrived at 2:30 pm because they sent him somewhere else first. Although CS very nice each time I called, I had to call 4 times asking where my tech was. I believe on my 2nd call I was told Nicholas would be there by 12:00 PM. On my third call I was told 2 PM and my tech was now Greg. Therefore, I asked "So, at 2 PM when I have to call back, are you going to tell me he is stuck in traffic?". I was assured he would be there by 2:00 PM. Not the case and when I called back at 2:00 pm, lo and behold, I was told he was stuck in traffic. Get your stories straight customer service!!! Don't tell your customers falsehoods to get them off the phone!! Wondering who is going to pay my wages when I had to take the whole day off??? I did get a call from Corporate apologizing but only after I called my initial contact complaining. Corporate also stated they would address training issues to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Because the "salesperson" ordered the wrong size boiler Jim was honest and upfront about it being difficult to complete in the promised time frame. But he and all the installers worked their butts off to get it completed in 1 and 1/2 days after thinking it could take up to 3. I cannot say enough about the install team. Amazing professional guys who went above and beyond to complete our job. The "salesperson" on the other hand kept telling me how he's been doing this for 14yrs but yet ordered the wrong boiler and also did not inform the install team about the difficult access. Don't use!! We've used them as our service provider for heating. Woke up to a massive flood and…read morewater shooting out of our unit at 5am ( I suspect they didn't inspect or fix it appropriately during our annual maintenance). Called at 5am and got the call center. They took all my info but got no response. Had to figure out how to shut down the water and unit myself while cold water was spraying everywhere. Called back again at 8am and got call center again. They said they sent the message and tech got the page at 5am when I originally called. Yet no call back from the tech or anyone! Had to call back again at 9am. This time got the office. The woman on the other end couldn't have cared less that my basement was flooded, I had no heat or water, that we're regular customers and that no one called back. She said the tech was on vacation! So why have a calling service if you're not going staff it appropriately or care to respond? Frankly if the tech called me back and said he was on vacation I would have been fine with that so I could have moved on to another emergency service sooner. Good service and communication really isn't that hard.
