    They didn't call me back . And when I came back they said they are busy.I will definitely not be calling these guys.

We were fed up with our previous security company at our east coast home and set out to find a replacement. We came upon RI Home Security, scoured the ratings, and decided to give them a call. Our experience began with an engaging and most affable conversation with Nicole, wife of owner Jake Murray. She took the time to listen to our concerns and said she would talk to Jake and he would get back to us; "get back to us"... a line many of us hear these days without result. Yet, as noted, voila, Jake connected back almost instantaneously from a job location. We shared concerns. He then went on Facetime and had me walk through the alarm configuration and apparatus with me on the phone. He assured me that a switchover would be relatively simple. He explained steps we needed to take to assure electronic transfer of info between companies so that it would be flawless and shared he'd be ready if we made the decision to switch. No hard sells, no hard sales pitches to sell us new equipment. Great experience! We had Jake and associate Thomas come by this week, set up transfer, install a piece of equipment we wanted, to enhance the system, and explain the new features to us. Again, great experience. They took the time to walk us through new info, conduct some simulations of configuring settings, and pause for questions...thoroughly, diligently and keenly aware of our learning needs. Since installation and turn over we had a little problem with an AC unit's functioning within the system. Jake and I texted back and forth, Jake went into the system to conduct tests, and we worked together remotely to bird-dog the issue. This went for some time as both of us would come up with an idea and connect with the other. Jake determined the alarm system was OK, I concurred, and we both thought it may be time for the HVAC service to come out. (Our HVAC config is nearly 2 decades old!) But Jake did not stop there. He connected with HVAC experts he knew and came back to us again with new ideas. In the end, info he had researched on own and shared with me worked to get things going and it appears I will have saved money by crushing the need to call in my HVAC guy...thanks to Jake's continued pondering of the problem and reaching out to his resources. Also, as we set up contracts, we were in contact with Nicole who was ever "the gal next door". She helped us through the documents' signing and options with ease and good nature. She made us feel like we had been friends and neighbors for years! What a gem of a business in these times of erratic and inaccessible customer service. RI HOME SECURITY earns our own Pinnacle of Ps Award, being above 10s in Professionalism , at their job, Presence when needed, Passion for their work, Personalization in customer contacts and relations, Patience, Politeness, Pragmatics and Perseverance until WE, the customers are satisfied! Bravo! To all at RI Home Security...many thanks, continue your fine work, and many blessings to you and yours! You not only met our needs, you surpassed our expectations!
