We had just moved into our apartment and we needed our TV remounted because it wasn't done correctly the first time by another company other than Supreme. Kevin was quick to get the job done (correctly and safely!) with his crew. He was on top of making sure it was a safe and accurate job after pointing out the safety hazards from the first person's hack job. I appreciated his customer service. Kevin was very communicative and gave a fair price to mount this tv that I had a hard time looking for studs. He was clean, respected house floors, and talked through the process of mounting the tv. He also shows you were you should have the tv for line of sight. read more

We hired Kevin to install a Samsung The Frame TV onto a brick fireplace above our mantel. The job was a bit complex and we initially planned to use a large third-party mount. Kevin's guidance on the design elements was incredibly helpful, and would up helping us avoid installing something that wasn't a good fit for the space. I contacted the owner, Kevin, on 6/17/22 for an estimate to replace my old security camera system. He was very enthused, said that he could come that same night or even the next day. We agreed on the next day, 6/18/22. He came with an assistant and was here almost all day. They did a great job with installment actually. We asked about what his guarantee policy was, he said we could call at anytime if there was problems with the camera system. Before Kevin left it was acknowledged that one of the camera's was blurry and may need to be returned to the store for a replacement. We agreed I would monitor and let him know if the camera still had issues and needed to be taken down for replacement. He was to come 6/30/22 to remove the camera; waited around for him only for him to reschedule late evening for 7/1/22. On 7/1/22, I waited around again but couldn't wait any longer so I left home. He came and removed the camera while I was out. I notified him on 7/5/22 that I obtained the new camera and I wanted to set up a day/time to put it back up. Until this day (12/30/22) he has never come back to put the camera up. I called and text numerous times. Even told him, "If you're not coming back let me know so I can stop chasing after you and find someone else to put the remaining camera up." My last attempt was 9/6/22 to which there was no response. Oddly enough I was looking for someone on Yelp to mount a tv, and my inquiry was sent his business by Yelp. He actually responded to the message for new business; I think because he didn't know it was me. Unfortunately, he never responded to his prior customer (me), directly offline. I had to pay someone this week to finally put the camera up and thank God there were no issues with the replacement camera that had sit here for 5 months. At the end of the day once he got his money, his customer services was abysmal. I definitely wouldn't recommend him to anyone and subject them to my experience. He'll learn the hard way that customer service is everything. read more

I recently called on Kevin to do a TV mount and I am so satisfied with the result. He was extremely professional and efficient as well as personable. He took all necessary COVID precautions (came with mask) and made me feel very safe. It probably took ten minutes total which I was impressed by. I also thought the price was very reasonable. He was very knowledgeable about different types of security systems and gave me detailed explanation of what needed to be done. A major concern for future customers: Alarm New England locks their Honeywell Lyric panels with installer codes that they do not provide to the customer, even after the contract is fulfilled and the equipment is fully paid for. When I asked for the installer code, I was told I "did not have access" to it. This effectively prevents you from using your own hardware with another provider. Only after I sent a certified termination letter did the company suddenly reach out, offering to reset the code, but only if I powered the old panel back on, which I had already replaced. Service quality also declined over the years. One simple sensor installation took nearly an entire day, and phone hold times were often 20 minutes or more. I was also quoted an extremely high price for a basic battery replacement, which came with pressure to sign a new multi‑year contract. I have since switched to a local company that provides full access to my system, transparent pricing, and no long‑term contracts. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to research alternatives before committing to Alarm New England.

Brad, the owner came to house and walked thru our property and gave us some feedback on the best spots to place the cameras to capture the property. He was great with giving us options for what we wanted/needed as well. We decided to go with 4 exterior cameras to cover all doorways and the side alleyways. We purchased the DVR that could handle up to six cameras so that we had room to add more cameras if we needed to in the future. Brad installed everything and then took the time to walk us thru how to review the footage on the DVR and also set-up our smartphones so that we could view our property at any time over the web. Since the installation we have provided the police footage of a motorcycle being stolen from in front of the house AND of someone committing arson to my neighbors house (lucky camera angle). We feel so much safer. From start to finish we had such a positive experience with Button Communications and have referred them to neighbors and friends!

I was confused at first and then peeved that they'd have the audacity to try to both use me to help them get a better better rate with the new tenant and also tell me Id been paying at least $30 more than what I couldve been paying. I should've just hung in though because at least that guy seemed the least bit competent. The next agent I spoke with said I needed to wait 15 minutes on the line to cancel my service. When I questioned this, they told me that they need my consent throughout the process, and I reiterated that I gave them my consent, which is in all other world scenarios a one-time process. That they can cancel my service and follow up with an email confirming cancellation. She said as an alternative they can do this by email but it'll now take 3 days for me to receive a response. When I questioned the discrepancy between 15 minutes and 3 days, she couldnt give me a straight answer. I asked to speak to a manager and they asked why. I told them I didnt trust that my request was being taken seriously or that it would be fulfilled as requested, which was to remain online for the duration of the month. Turns out I was unfortunately right. They cancelled my service the same day, leaving me 14 days without internet. I wasn't going to call back after that. Abominable customer service. Apparently, I was charged $90 just for the guy to drive here and $175/hr (one our minimum). I found this to be absolutely outrageous, especially given the fact that I didn't have a problem until Ace re-keyed my locks. I will never use them again and I strongly suggest that you don't either. It's no wonder people can't afford to live when business screw people like this. Disgusting.

They wouldn't accept the job since the console had been opened in the past citing 'liability' concerns. The receptionist was rude and condescending during the encounter. This was a trial run as I planned on giving them a lot of console work in the future but I will be going elsewhere. I called another repair shop shortly after and they said they would take the job no problem and were able to essentially diagnose the problem over the phone (a solution consistent with that I explained over the phone). Perhaps Replay'd should adjust their policies and their attitude towards potential customers as they never know what opportunities may be lying on the other line.

The process was super easy; complete the form by selecting the repair option (more on that to come), what device you have, what is wrong with it, your contact information, and how you'd like to be contacted. The repair options are to either visit the store or a come-to-you service which is unique, convenient, and a great option that sets them apart from other companies. And the at your door service does not have any hidden or extra fees! They are very responsive and quick to get in touch once you submit the form. I reached out during business hours and got a response immediately! I really liked that they asked how to contact - via call, text, or email. I needed my iPad, 9th gen fixed. It was quoted at $119 (+tax). I opted for the come to you service. It said online they have a van and do the repairs that way, however they reached out to see if I was okay with a pick up/drop off instead. That made no difference to me. They were very communicative throughout the process. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and I was able to have them complete repairs the next day! They did a great job with the repair - it looks brand new and you can't tell that there was an accident in the first place! They also asked if I wanted to add a screen protector which I appreciated as I would prefer not to break my screen again. They charged $20 for the protector and application, which I thought was reasonable and worth it for me not to have to mess with putting it on myself. Since I had a case already, I did not need one but they sell cases and accessories too. I highly recommend checking out Fix 'N Repair if you are in Wakefield or surrounding towns. So I reached out to the new guy and verified he could be there for 3 p.m. He said he could, and he actually showed up early, which I felt bad because I wasn't home right when he got there, but even he said I should have gotten a discount for making me wait so long to have this service done, but they weren't having that. I get life comes up, but lack of professionalism and courtesy is unacceptable. Being left unread and ignored for days when I was asking to have a service they provide done is just wrong. Luis was prompt and super fast, but the rest of the experience with this company was unprofessional and lacking basic human courtesy. To update my review, they had Luis messaging me to remove my review because he was worried they would fire him for a bad review, even though I specifically mentioned him being the only good part of this experience. I told him that I was going to leave my review as it wasn't against him; it was against the company for their poor handling of my situation and their lack of professionalism. I said if they would like to call me to talk to me about it, that would be completely fine. Well, they did, and the man I originally spoke with kept telling me I should remove my review because, "things happen" and I should understand. When I told him that Luis was the only good part of the interaction and that my review would remain up, he became aggressive and said, "I hope you get what is coming to you." I have never in my life had a company be so unprofessional and not only not try to fix the issue but bully me into removing my review, then take it out on the employee who actually did their job correctly. Luis had messaged me to tell me that they laid him off from the company due to bad performance. 1- That is absolutely ridiculous as he was the ONLY good part of this entire situation. 2- It is absolutely absurd to have an employee messaging a customer to have reviews taken down or changed. Have a better business practice, and you won't receive bad reviews. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves to retaliate against a good employee for their poor business practices and unprofessionalism.

Took his time which for me is most important because I do not want a rushed job. Communication was amazing. Fast and consistent, they hung up two of my TVs and concealed the wires by adding an outlet behind the new mounted tv. Their work was very thorough and clean. Did an amazing job and I'm very pleased because I've dealt with previous installers that had to come back multiple times or just wasn't prepared. I couldn't be there for him, so he came the next morning instead, and had the whole job done, perfectly, in under an hour. He even made recommendations that helped better fit my situation. Friendly guy! TV was carefully taken care of. Kevin was able to determine my wall construction very quickly. The mount I had was too heavy for the new wall material, as there was only metal studs. Kevin went out to bestbuy, purchased a new mount for me that was much lighter-weight, and then got to work installing the new mount. He is a professional. Call with confidence! read more
