Fabio and his partner showed up with their tools and went to work, quickly unpacking my new 65" TV, installing the mount, and hanging the TV. They were in and out in 35 minutes, having cleaned up everything. Follow up to my review- the owner "Joe" has refused to give me a copy of his liability insurance and completely ignored well over 6 requests for it ! Be fair warned about this company!! I am now taking matters with my credit card company and the state regarding this business. Before doing business with install tech please verify with a licensed electrician about running a extension cord behind your wall . Just run ! Yesterday I had tech install come in and complete a job. One they used a legit extension cord to run the wires down behind my wall which is illegal and not to code !!. Amazon sells do-it-yourself legit kits of legal to code power supply for 70 dollars. Also, initially, I didn't notice the billing which was minus the 89 dollars for two screws for my soundbar. I would have never gone through with it if I had known about it ! The techs left and behold an uneven installation of my soundbar that I would call a poor job ! It cost me 89 dollars for two screws for the soundbar that was left wobbly what a joke. I contacted the business via Yelp and the employee that completed the work and instead of coming back I was told that I would be receiving a phone call from the owner which I have not. Even though the owner was quick to respond prior to doing business to every inquiry. Oh, yea let's not forget the hole in my wall. They tried to figure out the proper height for best viewing by holding the tv up unevenly! Long story short this business is not licensed and is doing illegal work! Avoid and spend the extra hundred or so with getting a licensed electrician! You were warned! This is a response to the owner! They're not licensed and perform illegal electrical work that is not to code! Call any electrician and ask if you can run a legitimate extension cord behind your drywall ! Please call an electrician beforehand! Also, Joe, the owner offered to have his hack technician come back to my place to remove the installation to which I don't feel comfortable about his workers doing any sort of work anywhere near my property after my experience. Also, I asked over 6 times for the owner's liability insurance and was ignored completely! Avoid and please before doing business with Joe please call and ask any licensed electrician about running an extension cord behind your wall!
