5 stars! Joe took care of the instillation of 3 fire alarms in my home. He was friendly on the phone, and great to work with. Not to mention, his pricing is extremely fair and reasonable, and the work is great. He's now my go-to electrician. Thanks again, Joe!! read more

We couldn't be happier with our choice of Integrity Electrical Services. Joe came right over (on a Saturday), as he thought it could be a dangerous situation. He shut the power off, for safety reasons. He came back the next day which was a Sunday, to temporarily restore power. The complete replacement and upgrade from 100 - amp to 200 amp service, was completed in a timely manner. Not only was Joe efficient, he was friendly and respectful. He also took the time to help us work with the Insurance Company. We would highly recommend Integrity Electrical Services and mostly Joe and his staff. Thank you for all that you did. Used this company to re-do my kitchen. Joe was excellent in recommendations for fixtures and outlets (with USB!). Always on time, showed up when he said he would and completed everything cleanly. read more

I called with an electrical wiring issue I could not resolve and turned out was due to something I did incorrectly trying to replace some old Insteon smart switches with Thread/Matter switches from InnovellI. I spoke with Joe when I called. He was very knowledgeable and had clear recommendations on what we should do to resolve the issue. They tried to come the following day, but ran into issues on a prior job. They reschedled for the next Monday morning. A technician named Pedro came out. Pedro was excellent to talk to and work with. He resolved for me an issue that I am not sure I would have been able to resolve. I am so glad I called Integrity and am grateful for the patience and explanations Pedro provided. I will be sure to call them again when I have future work to be done. read more

Replaced the light at the end of my driveway. The poor old light pole snapped in half and was held together by electrical wires. Integrity spend the day digging out the pole, replacing it, rewiring it, and putting a new light fixture at the top. It cost about $1,325, which is a lot, but better than having nothing at the end of a steep driveway with hard to see retaining walls at night. read more

Excellent experience, Joe responded quickly; gave accurate upfront information and fair estimated costs. Pedro performed a very satisfactory job, quickly and professionally, besides, they have a friendly approach. Glad to know where to call for electrical services down the road without any doubts. Well deserved five stars and above. read more

Integrity Electrical was responsive and set something up quickly. Alex, the technician, was very knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what he was doing, and if I didn't understand it he would go over it with me. He fixed my two nonfunctioning outlets for me and charged a reasonable price. Overall this is by far the best experience I've had with an electrician. I would highly recommend them. read more

Called left a message. Waited a few hours, sent a request online for immediate electrical residential service - power problems in a 2800 sq foot house. No response. Waited the following day called again left a 2nd message. Don't state you provide 24/7 service when no one on your staff is capable of returning an online request or 2 voicemails. read more

Moved to a new house a month ago and discovered the electrical system inside and outside the house needed some major work. The previous owners did a lot of their own work and it was what bears do in the woods. Joe and Alex came out several times to get the work done because there was so much to do, including putting a new circuit panel in the garage. I can't say enough how pleased I am with the quality of the work done and the professionalism shown by Joe, Alex and the rest of the Integrity Electrical Services team. They always returned my calls, came out on time, cleaned up after, and charged a fair price. I wish all the contractors I've been dealing with were like this! And one other thing, Joe and Alex are really good guys and a pleasure to work with. Needless to say, I will recommend Integrity Electrical Services to anyone looking for a good electrical company. read more

Can't recommend Integrity Electrical Services enough. Joe was super responsive on a Saturday and was upfront about how he could go about resolving the situation. He even asked for pictures before he came to my house to make sure he had the correct parts. Joe fixed the issue, communicated like a professional, and gave me all the follow up options. Overall, exceptional service from first call to when he left. Thank you! read more

Joe was extremely professional and helpful. He was actually able to do the job earlier than he thought he would be able to. He was very clear in his explanations about the work and the charges. In spite of exceeding the 30 minute diagnostic time by a few minutes, he did not charge us for an entire hour. He and his apprentice truly went above and beyond when they stopped on the way out to help my babysitter replace her flat tire! I would highly recommend this service and feel that it truly lives up to its name sake. read more

After just purchasing an older home, we wanted to have everything checked out and brought up to date to be safe. Joe had just done a great job on my mother's house, so we gave him a shot, and did not regret it. Joe and his team are knowledgeable, thorough, and punctual. He discovered several issues that needed to be addressed and brought up to code, (including rewiring the entire 2nd floor) and did so professionally and at a very reasonable price. Will be calling him again for future work, and recommending him to anyone that needs his services. read more

Joe was fantastic. Called me back promptly and was able to get over to look at my issue the same day. They were professional and helpful and did not overcharge me. The issue turned out to be the hood rather than electrical and he was able to give me some tips on who I might call and even gave me a first time customer discount. Great job! read more

Joe came out within an hour to assess our situation. He was very thorough and found our problem fairly quickly. He got the job done timely, and our price was in the range he had quoted. Joe showed up on time and charged the quoted price for a diagnostic. He were honest and told me that an electrical surge just caused all of my light bulbs to burn out at once, so they didn't have to do any work, I just needed new light bulbs! I also requested a quote to fix an electrical short circuit issue which he checked out right away. read more
