They were on-time for the estimate visit as well as the actual date of service, electronic communications for estimates and invoices were used, and they also can support credit card payment methods if desired. The actual work product was quality and the electrician who handled my service call was very professional. Exceeded expectations based on my previous engagements with contractors / service providers. Will be using them again after the holidays with no hesitation for some additional service calls I require. Their foreman Dave arrived to do a cost analysis of a kitchen remodel I am currently having done on a serious time crunch. His quote was adequate so I decided to go with Pro Electrical Services. We used Pro electrical services to upgrade several lights in our house. David did a very good job in responding to our emails and phone calls and he issued a quote right away. He charged very reasonable price compare to other electrical services we enquired around Natick. He came to work right on time on both days. Whenever there was an issue in wiring, he explained all the options available for us. He has done a mediculous job in installing all the lights and after work, he cleaned out the whole place nicely. David at Pro Electrical was great. The work he did was excellent. He did all the electrical for a new bathroom as well as solve a moisture problem in existing bathroom with top of the line fan: one motor for two bathrooms. He solved my problems but did not try to sell me upgrades that I did not need. He was careful to credit me back for a few materials that I already had. This was the second time David helped me with my home improvement project and the crew did a great job installing a smart light switch, replacing a bathroom vent fan and some outdoor light fixtures.
