My experience with Tang was very positive. I had found Tang here on yelp while i was looking for quotes to get our kitchen garbage disposal replaced. The entire flange/connector had rusted pretty badly which made it more difficult to replace the disposal ourselves. Tang was very responsive in our communications and he got the job done as promised. My glass shower doors shattered and I called Tang based on his Yelp rating and he promptly picked up the phone and made an estimate appointment. He showed up on time for the estimate and we agreed upon a pricing that included him picking up the heavy shower doors directly from Lowes. On the day of the install, he showed up with a helper on time and started the work right away. They ran into an issue where my shower walls are not leveled and presented some difficulties. Tang was patient and didn't give up. He and his helper were there for 7 hours!!!! He completed the job perfectly. I insisted on giving him double of what he initially quoted me because this job took way too much of his time and energy. He was very persistent in refusing the extra money!!! A few days later he checked in and even offered to come by again to make sure there is no issues after the install. Tang is very responsible and reliable.
