Strongly recommend Tang! My tenants moved in and they found a couple of house keeping tasks 1. The sliding door in the balcony fell off and it wont even slide or couldn't put it back to the original location, heavily rusted. Tang fixed it and it can now slide without worrying about falling apart. 2. The insulator wall behind bathroom medicine cabinet also fell apart. He placed a new supporting backplate as you can see the picture 3. A small water leak under neath kitchen sink from the garbage disposal was also fixed by him. My experience with Tang was very positive. I had found Tang here on yelp while i was looking for quotes to get our kitchen garbage disposal replaced. The entire flange/connector had rusted pretty badly which made it more difficult to replace the disposal ourselves. Tang was very responsive in our communications and he got the job done as promised. On the day of his scheduled arrival, he was meagerly just running 10 minutes late but the fact that he cared to give us a heads up on this was much appreciated and demonstrated that he was a responsible person. My glass shower doors shattered and I called Tang based on his Yelp rating and he promptly picked up the phone and made an estimate appointment. He showed up on time for the estimate and we agreed upon a pricing that included him picking up the heavy shower doors directly from Lowes. On the day of the install, he showed up with a helper on time and started the work right away. They ran into an issue where my shower walls are not leveled and presented some difficulties. Tang was patient and didn't give up. He and his helper were there for 7 hours!!!! He completed the job perfectly. I insisted on giving him double of what he initially quoted me because this job took way too much of his time and energy. He was very persistent in refusing the extra money!!!
