After spending almost 3 hours unsuccessfully trying to connect various components and speakers and screwing up the soundbar connected to my smart TV, Mohammed left with a promise to return the next day to fix the problems he had caused and complete the job. That was more than a week ago. Since then he has completely failed to respond to any of my emails, text messages or voicemails. Fortunately, I was able to hire another company, Aura Smart Spaces, to fix the mess that Mr. Khan had created and left me with. They were able to straighten out all of the problems he caused and properly connect all of my components in about 2 hours and for a much more reasonable price. Because of his incompetence and his complete ghosting of me when I tried to get him to complete the job as promised, I would never hire or recommend Khan Design to anyone.

They were friendly and were able to provide an estimate of the work. Brad, the owner came to house and walked thru our property and gave us some feedback on the best spots to place the cameras to capture the property. He was great with giving us options for what we wanted/needed as well. We decided to go with 4 exterior cameras to cover all doorways and the side alleyways. We purchased the DVR that could handle up to six cameras so that we had room to add more cameras if we needed to in the future. Brad installed everything and then took the time to walk us thru how to review the footage on the DVR and also set-up our smartphones so that we could view our property at any time over the web. Since the installation we have provided the police footage of a motorcycle being stolen from in front of the house AND of someone committing arson to my neighbors house (lucky camera angle). We feel so much safer. From start to finish we had such a positive experience with Button Communications and have referred them to neighbors and friends!
