Professional, fast response, and excellent work. We needed our television and sound bar moved from the living room to the basement and Roman was quick in responding & scheduling the work. I called him on Monday and he and Robert were here on Thursday and got the job done in less than an hour. Our basement has treated walls and we had found the studs from the previous tv that was mounted so installing anything besides the tv was a challenge. Despite a website that claims "NO MATTER HOW COMPLICATED THE JOB IS, WE'LL HELP YOU HANDLE IT!" it turns out they meant to say is "...unless it involves anything beyond what off the shelf Lutron Caseta components can manage or any electrical work." After getting no response to a request for quote via Yelp, I called, and described what I needed (ability to manage a whole-house fan drawing 9 amps, more than the Caseta fan switch can handle). They said that was too much for them, that they had no idea what components would work, that I needed an electrician, and that they could not make any recommendations about either what system to use nor any electricians to call, since all they do is install Lutron Caseta. They may well do a great job on simple jobs like installing Caseta components, but frankly that's not very hard (I'm no electrician, but even I can install a Lutron switch or plug) read more

So happy with our in home tv mount by the pros at Smart Guys!! We knew we needed to hire someone to mount our 60+ inch tv above our fireplace but some places seem to charge an arm and a leg to do this. Not smart guys!!
