He worked pretty quickly, neatly, and ensured I was good with the service before he left. They also provided a cord cover for the tv cable without an extra charge. Overall, it took about 30 mins. He was quick to call me, send me an estimate and it made me believe he knew the mount. We scheduled the install and he showed up alone. During the install: - he installed the new mount upside down on the wall. He had to remove it and remount, leaving two extra holes on the wall that he tried to hide with the wall cover clips that come with the mount - he installed an optional swivel kit without asking, so the TV now swivels only in one direction - removing the old mount created a hole that was patched up poorly - the TV was not mounted level - the handle of the mount was not secured - I had to purchase a separate adapter for the soundbar. He said he'd come back to finish the job when the adapter would come in. Unfortunately, I did not realize the problems with the install before I sent him a payment. I then reached out to ask to patch the extra holes he created on the wall because of the mount flip and to remove the optional swivel plate he installed without asking. I asked if he could do it when he was supposed to come back to finish to install the soundbar. He agreed. The adapter for the soundbar came in and I sent him texts to schedule the install. Like other reviews pointed out, this is when the ghosting started. So I was left with a botched wall patch up, holes on the wall because an incompetent install, a TV that can swivel only in one direction and a soundbar adapter to install. I sent a chargeback for part of the payment on Venmo because of these issues and lack of response on his end. As quick as he was to ghost, he was also quick to call right after the chargeback. He lied about responding to my messages and threatened to beat me up. Do not work with this guy if you expect someone competent and reliable.

Several years ago, I invested nearly $8K in a home security system and home theater installation. Recently, with a business trip coming up in two weeks, I discovered my security cameras were offline...a recurring issue since installation. The representative I spoke with was not only rude but extremely unprofessional, repeatedly lying about submitting my "urgent" service request. Despite following up for three days straight, I received no response. She even went so far as to hang up on me after I introduced myself, only to avoid answering when I immediately called back. Her behavior was erratic and unacceptable, so I asked her to have the owner return my call. I finally received a call back from the owner, Eric, who accused me of being rude to his staff and refused to service the cameras he had installed. Instead of acknowledging my years of business with them as an easy going, paying customer, he dismissed me outright and told me to find someone else. As a result, I was forced to leave my home unsecured for weeks until I was able to find a new technician who installed a more reliable system that hasn't had a single issue since. I regret trusting Eric and his team to handle the job. I strongly caution anyone considering this company. They will happily take your money, but they do not value their customers or stand behind their equipment or work.
