I could also pay and tip online. Their contact consulted with me throughout the service to ensure the tv would be where I wanted it, and he was careful to put down protective cloth so that they wouldn't leave a mess. He worked pretty quickly, neatly, and ensured I was good with the service before he left. They also provided a cord cover for the tv cable without an extra charge. Overall, it took about 30 mins. It was a little pricey, but I knew that beforehand and chose them because they had good reviews! Would definitely recommend.

He's also installed a fairly big, unwieldy chandelier in the stairway, added LCD lights under all the counters in the kitchen, installed some outdoor security lights, installed our Sonos system and much more. And we were lucky to have him on hand when the kid DirecTV sent out to install our satellite dish and system showed up. Very long story short, Brian prevented the guy from drilling all kinds of unnecessary holes in the walls and showed him how to get the dish mounted and hooked up successfully.
