When the tech got here, he said they "don't fix that" but he could replace it the doorknob. He was here for maybe a half hour total and installed a new $40 doorknob. I was charged $307 dollars. Apparently, I was charged $90 just for the guy to drive here and $175/hr (one our minimum). I found this to be absolutely outrageous, especially given the fact that I didn't have a problem until Ace re-keyed my locks. I will never use them again and I strongly suggest that you don't either. It's no wonder people can't afford to live when business screw people like this. Disgusting.

Recently, with a business trip coming up in two weeks, I discovered my security cameras were offline...a recurring issue since installation. The representative I spoke with was not only rude but extremely unprofessional, repeatedly lying about submitting my "urgent" service request. Despite following up for three days straight, I received no response. She even went so far as to hang up on me after I introduced myself, only to avoid answering when I immediately called back. Her behavior was erratic and unacceptable, so I asked her to have the owner return my call. I finally received a call back from the owner, Eric, who accused me of being rude to his staff and refused to service the cameras he had installed. Instead of acknowledging my years of business with them as an easy going, paying customer, he dismissed me outright and told me to find someone else. As a result, I was forced to leave my home unsecured for weeks until I was able to find a new technician who installed a more reliable system that hasn't had a single issue since. I regret trusting Eric and his team to handle the job. I strongly caution anyone considering this company. They will happily take your money, but they do not value their customers or stand behind their equipment or work.
