Throughout Justin keep communicating with me and stopped by the house multiple times until the problem was fixed. I recommend Justin and his crew! The details were on cardstock, heavily faded (looks like the same display for years). Employee was minimally helpful, unable to find a similar fixture in a catalog. (Basically, you sit down and just look at their catalogs). I had a fairly specific set of features, but he flipped endlessly. Finally I asked him about the fixture on display. He had to cut the tag off with scissors (clearly no one had asked about that for years). While I continued to wait, I looked around the store. I was shocked. The bulletin board was full of poltical cutouts and vile jokes. Parading radical right wing support like that in a business is certainly bound to alienate customers, and it did me. I will not be going back. Keep your politics (demented or otherwise) out of a business setting. In RI they are alienating about 70% of the public. I told the guy at the computer never mind, I don't do business with companies that are willing to politically alienate their customer base. Never going back.

I ended up doing the thermostats and doorbell myself, and got the wiring done for the garbage disposal from another electrician which cost me a whopping $150.00. Also... Distance to and from my house is irrelevant when you chose to come out that way and clearly have my house located in the area you serve. Chris (the owner) has ignored my emails as there is no direct line to him or his staff and has no intention of resolving. The issue is no other solar company will touch it as they are all flat out with installations and will only support their own customers. Now I will have to go to litigation. Go with a company that stands behind their warranty. This company does not. It is so important when choosing a solar company as you could be in my situation and with this company will be in my situation.
