One of the complaints I had…read morewas that his pricing was absurd. $750.00 for the installation of 2 thermostats, a ring video doorbell and a garbage disposal that I had already purchased the items for and would likely take him a whole 3 hours to do is ridiculous. I did not respond to his feedback because I did not feel that it warranted a response however I don't take too well to what is essentially him calling me a liar. I ended up doing the thermostats and doorbell myself, and got the wiring done for the garbage disposal from another electrician which cost me a whopping $150.00. Also... Distance to and from my house is irrelevant when you chose to come out that way and clearly have my house located in the area you serve. Chris (the owner) has ignored my emails as there is no direct line to him or his staff and has no intention of resolving. The issue is no other solar company will touch it as they are all flat out with installations and will only support their own customers. Now I will have to go to litigation. Go with a company that stands behind their warranty. This company does not. It is so important when choosing a solar company as you could be in my situation and with this company will be in my situation.
