We purchased our new home back in November of 2020, Justin kept in touch with me until March of this year. He was very professional, and not pushy at all. I'm extremely satisfy with the work they did. We ran into some issues (no fault of them), since I had some electrical issue. Throughout Justin keep communicating with me and stopped by the house multiple times until the problem was fixed. I recommend Justin and his crew! Professional, on time, clean work and cares about the work! He wants to make sure you're happy, if not, if won't leave or stop until you are. Family guy, local and someone who cares! In the past I bought a few specialized bulbs here for a pendant light system in my kitchen. They…read morewere pretty good about finding the right sized bulb, so I went in today to try to buy new fixtures for the kitchen. Now the bad news. The few they had on display had no prices. The details were on cardstock, heavily faded (looks like the same display for years). Employee was minimally helpful, unable to find a similar fixture in a catalog. (Basically, you sit down and just look at their catalogs). I had a fairly specific set of features, but he flipped endlessly. Finally I asked him about the fixture on display. He had to cut the tag off with scissors (clearly no one had asked about that for years). While I continued to wait, I looked around the store. I was shocked. The bulletin board was full of poltical cutouts and vile jokes. Parading radical right wing support like that in a business is certainly bound to alienate customers, and it did me. I will not be going back. Keep your politics (demented or otherwise) out of a business setting. In RI they are alienating about 70% of the public. I told the guy at the computer never mind, I don't do business with companies that are willing to politically alienate their customer base. Never going back.

As you can all see, this guy doesn't accept feedback worth anything. One of the complaints I had…read morewas that his pricing was absurd. $750.00 for the installation of 2 thermostats, a ring video doorbell and a garbage disposal that I had already purchased the items for and would likely take him a whole 3 hours to do is ridiculous. I did not respond to his feedback because I did not feel that it warranted a response however I don't take too well to what is essentially him calling me a liar. I ended up doing the thermostats and doorbell myself, and got the wiring done for the garbage disposal from another electrician which cost me a whopping $150.00. Also... Distance to and from my house is irrelevant when you chose to come out that way and clearly have my house located in the area you serve.
