With an excellent understanding of market dynamics and strategic positioning of my home, SMG developed a unique strategy to drive a very positive outcome when we went to market. The team went above and beyond for me to ensure a streamlined and successful process and exceeded my goals as a seller yet again! I am a repeat client having worked with Steve on two sales: the first was sale of a lower Manhattan condo just before COVID which sold at the highest dollar per square foot in the building for some time. This year in 2024, we recently closed on the sale of my residence in the Edgewood area of Cranston, RI - which again ended up being the highest price sold in Edgewood - ever- for single-family home that wasn't a waterfront or direct water-view property. Steve really did an unparalleled job of marketing the home through drone video and professional photos showcasing my home's unique features and took a multi-faceted approach to reach the target buying audience both local and afar. The home went under contract within one week of listing as a result. Steve and his team communicated with all parties throughout the process and quickly dealt with any issues that arose. They stayed on top of all aspects of the sales/closing process to ensure it was fully managed from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with the overall service and constant communication provided. The Steven Miller Group has my highest recommendation!

Benjamin Frink with Badger Realty was a life saver not just once, but twice. I went to Ben after…read moreseeing one realtor who was very unresponsive and just didn't understand what I/we were looking for. I know I didn't make it easy for Ben either. I had him show me/us at least 30+ houses between MA, CT and RI. He helped my husband (at the time) and I buy our first home together in 2016, then later down the road when life happens and things don't work out, he then also helped us sell our home in 2018. Ben made what can be a very stressful process seem so seamless. We all had a few meals together, went on motorcycle rides and spent time together while Ben went out of his way to get to know us and what exactly we were looking for. To speak even more highly, the first time home we bought was in Connecticut where the agency was not yet licensed. Ben went out of his way to have his broker get licensed there just for us, and spent more time getting to know the area just for us as well. Ben made the experience quite incredible, and I'd be thrilled to use him again and refer him to anyone!

Inessa is ahead of sales and helps Jason with all the other services, she's always there when you need it, she has great contacts for contractors or anything you may need, she found great tenants for my apartments, and like Jason honest hard working person that will take the time to listen to your issues and resolve them. When I sold one of my house I went with Badger , Inessa sold it the first day it went on the market for more than the asking price (and the seller's market was not that great), She followed through with all the paperwork and supported me all the way until it was finalized . I can assure everyone, people like this are hard to find I was lucky, I thank them for their service and excellence I hope who ever reads this may find the help and peace of mind they need like I did. We started the sales journey with a challenging situation; transitioning between two homes, the condo had been neglected and was in pretty bad shape. However; Cathryn saw through this, understood the vision, gave us some great feedback and helped us through the process. She understood the market and knew exactly what would be needed in order to sell at out price point. And she was right! The condo was under contract in less than 2 weeks, and over the asking price! Cathryn helped us navigate comfortably through the entire sales process with great recommendations, mentorship and reminders. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the laws and rules, both at the state and local level. And her attention to detail caught a small accounting error in the closing disclosure that could have easily been missed. It was less than $50, but it was in our favor - and she went out of her way to make sure that we did not lose that money. If Cathryn can be trusted with overseeing such a small amount, she can absolutely be trusted with major transactions! We were very blessed to have had Cathryn sell our home for us. And we HIGHLY recommend her services to anyone that is in the market! You won't find a better agent or one that will work more diligently to represent you!
