It's interesting to see the parallels between the experience of a renter and a property owner. Within the first month, the ceiling in the kitchen caved in and flooded over the stove and counters. It took weeks to get it repaired and everyone was afraid to use the stove for fear of being electrocuted due to the flooding. The ceiling is peeling and flaking in the kitchen still. The next issue was a completely clogged drain in one of the two bathrooms on the floor. I personally had to finally take care of that, at my expense. I received a reply from my service request approximately a month later. Holes were drilled into our walls to do something with the insulation. The cracked plaster they filled the holes in with are still not finished after at least four months. I recently requested to move into one of the vacant room in the apartment and was told that I would have to pay an additional security deposit and $300 to cover the owner's expenses. To move a matter of feet to another room. I will be consulting with someone to find out if that's even legal. Shall we discuss the roaches? Broken cement steps and broken rail half-ass repaired with glue? I would certainly not advise anyone rent from them in any capacity.

Now at the tour , i was told by a leasing agent that if i was to be denied, i would be refunded back within 48 hours. Well its been 8 days and nothing has been refunded in my account. I have literally emailed them TEN TIMES and nothing , which is strange because the communication up until i was denied was great , replying to every single email within minutes....They will take your money in seconds but wont care after they have it and you have been denied...Not that i needed the money to put down on another place right?

We would often communicate between the 3 of us without him and he would always take a long time to answer. When we needed something like landscaping done, he did not shop around and we in fact found a landscaper on our own. He never gets things done in a timely manner and is passive aggressive in all his messaging. He was also rude to my realtor during my closing process on a new home and caused us to be homeless for a few days due to his negligence and lack of urgency in turning in basic paperwork. After long 4 months of dealing with trash trown out of dumpster in front of my house, and dealing with fines not pretending to me, people dumpster diving's, drive way blockage I reach my limit. Try to contact them to move the dumpster to the house that rented their services, they never bother to return my call or texts or even move the dumpster.
