After I told him multiple times to stop contacting me, he continued to bombard me with unwanted messages. His communications were insulting and antagonistic. When I addressed the behavior, he indicated that he did not see an issue with what he was doing. From the beginning, I made it clear that I was only interested in networking. Despite that, Craig repeatedly pushed for direct communication and continued asking for my phone number after I had made my intentions clear. I found this behavior unnecessarily pushy and disrespectful of the boundaries I had communicated. What I found particularly concerning was that when I told him I intended to report his conduct, he stated that he did not care because, according to him, his broker was on the board. I found that response extremely inappropriate and, in the context of our interactions, it came across to me as an attempt to intimidate me or make me feel that reporting his conduct would not matter. Regardless of whether that statement was intended that way, I found it concerning that this was his response when I expressed that I was considering reporting the situation. I also believe that licensed professionals represent not only themselves, but also the profession and business they are licensed to operate under. In my opinion, professionalism and respectful communication should matter whether someone is actively conducting business or simply interacting with someone outside of a transaction. A real estate professional should communicate with people respectfully and professionally regardless of whether the person is a client or not. This review reflects my personal experience and the communications I received from him.

When asked to make it for a different day, she told them she couldn't because I would be driving in from out of state (3 hours each way) to see it with her. Less than an hour before the scheduled appointment, they called and cancelled the showing because they suddenly had compliance training. We switched realtors given the unprofessional manner in which we had been inconvenienced. We submitted an offer for the property along with a list of questions. My realtor's repeated phone calls were never returned. Not believing that several days worth of calls had never been returned, I tried reaching them. Despite multiple attempts, I could never get past their answering service and never received a return phone call either. We never received a single response to any of our questions or communications. They claimed to know nothing about damage to the property, including mold, that was visible to anyone who walked into it. So either they never entered the property, or just outright lied. This despite the fact that even in foreclosures, realtors are legally required to disclose the presence of mold. They couldn't even be bothered reading their own contract, insisting we were responsible for thousands of dollars in unpaid assessments from the previous owner despite the fact the contract contained language to the contrary. Dealing with these people was hands down the worst real estate experience I have ever had in the dozen purchase and sales I have been involved in during my lifetime. They are NOT real estate professionals, they are listing agents and nothing more. Mr. Ponte is too busy with all of his other commitments, political and other business endeavors, to be a dedicated real estate professional and to run a real estate agency in a professional manner.

Upon calling me she cut me off in the middle of a sentence and went on to say I need to talk to the person I'm working with because thats her job. She also said that she will not be wasting her time doing someone else's work. I couldn't believe how rude and arrogant she was. I am a first time home buyer that simply hit the "request more information button". Why did I deserve this? She made the home buying experience a negative one in that moment.
