She called our landlord and somehow convinced him to let us stay longer and delay the other person moving in (magic?). Rachael puts a lot of effort into finding homes you will like based on the descriptions you give her. She was so spot on with us that we bought the first home we saw with her! During the walkthrough she was very honest about what work would need to be done on the house and it was completely in-line with what the inspection said. Ancient breaker box) and a huge BLACK MOLD problem. No bathroom lights/Shower wasn't functional until a week after moving in and only because I found someone to fix it. Is some of this on the landlord? Most definitely, but just know that once you sign the lease & they get their fee, you are on your own. They do not care if they find you an unsafe place.
