We continually receive unsolicited mailings from CJ Moss in Seekonk, MA offering to purchase our…read moreproperty for at least $100,000 less than its actual value. As experienced property owners, we are far from novice homeowners. We own multiple homes and invest significant time and resources to keep them updated and maintained to modern standards. These solicitations are insulting for two reasons. First, they present a sight-unseen offer that is dramatically below market value. Second, they demonstrate a lack of even the most basic due diligence. The property deed is held jointly by two owners, yet the mailing was addressed only to the male owner. Receiving a lowball offer is offensive enough; receiving one that ignores the legal ownership of the property is even more discourteous. The combination of an inadequately researched solicitation and a substantially undervalued offer reflects poorly on the sender and suggests little regard for the homeowners being contacted.

He gave the disclaimer that he couldn't start for a few weeks due to other projects, but that he would come out to provide an estimate and to think through the project. He came out, we talked, and I provided some sketches of what I was looking for. Jack came back with an estimate the next day and we agreed for him to start work in a couple of weeks. Due to the location of our property line and the small space he was working with, he and his crew had to wheelbarrow out all the dirt and bring in all the gravel. It took only one day, and now we are able to enjoy our outdoor shower. I was very pleased with both the work and communication. Jack was easy to work with and charged a reasonable rate for the work.

We sold our home in September/October 2022 with Angie. Angie blew us away from the first moment we…read moremet her. Her plan to sell our home was perfect. She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about selling with us. One service Angie offers to her clients that many realtors don't, is home staging. Having sold before, I was aware of many do's and don'ts of selling, but there was much more that we were able to do to get our home ready for listing photos. Our photos worked so well that we had many people at our first open house and multiple offers that first weekend. If we had not been relocated out of the state, we would definitely have used Angie to sell with in the future and I recommend her to anyone who is looking.

You know that once-in-a-blue-moon moment when you meet someone and instantly know that they're…read more"your people"? Angie is our people. We immediately felt like we had known her for years, and she made the entire home-buying process so painless and easy. I was dreading house-hunting again because my spouse and I had tried a few years ago and were discouraged by the market. Flash-forward to the end of January 2021, we meet Angie, and now I'm writing this while sitting in my new home on March 10th 2021! She is a wealth of knowledge in this field, and she is honestly a really fun person all-around, so she's the perfect realtor. We could "be real" with her, and never felt judged for being absolutely clueless. At no point during this process did it feel like she had anything but our best interests in mind. She's extremely intuitive and was always one step ahead when it came to knowing and getting all of the information on potential homes for us, which is critical when houses are literally being bought/sold within days of being put on the market. As first-time home buyers my spouse and I didn't know where to start or what questions to ask the selling agents, but Angie was always on top of it. She's not afraid to speak up and ask questions, especially about anything that looks a little sketchy or not quite right. She has a keen eye for details that are easily missed by others, which is crucial when you only have 10 minutes to look at a house due to Covid19 restrictions. She's the ultimate advocate, especially for first-time homebuyers like us. Needless to say, we can't thank her or recommend her enough.
