She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about selling with us. One service Angie offers to her clients that many realtors don't, is home staging. Having sold before, I was aware of many do's and don'ts of selling, but there was much more that we were able to do to get our home ready for listing photos. Our photos worked so well that we had many people at our first open house and multiple offers that first weekend. If we had not been relocated out of the state, we would definitely have used Angie to sell with in the future and I recommend her to anyone who is looking.

We immediately felt like we had known her for years, and she made the entire home-buying process so painless and easy. I was dreading house-hunting again because my spouse and I had tried a few years ago and were discouraged by the market. Flash-forward to the end of January 2021, we meet Angie, and now I'm writing this while sitting in my new home on March 10th 2021! She is a wealth of knowledge in this field, and she is honestly a really fun person all-around, so she's the perfect realtor. We could "be real" with her, and never felt judged for being absolutely clueless. At no point during this process did it feel like she had anything but our best interests in mind. She's extremely intuitive and was always one step ahead when it came to knowing and getting all of the information on potential homes for us, which is critical when houses are literally being bought/sold within days of being put on the market. As first-time home buyers my spouse and I didn't know where to start or what questions to ask the selling agents, but Angie was always on top of it. She's not afraid to speak up and ask questions, especially about anything that looks a little sketchy or not quite right. She has a keen eye for details that are easily missed by others, which is crucial when you only have 10 minutes to look at a house due to Covid19 restrictions. She's the ultimate advocate, especially for first-time homebuyers like us. Needless to say, we can't thank her or recommend her enough.
