We started the sales journey with a challenging situation; transitioning between two homes, the condo had been neglected and was in pretty bad shape. However; Cathryn saw through this, understood the vision, gave us some great feedback and helped us through the process. She understood the market and knew exactly what would be needed in order to sell at out price point. And she was right! The condo was under contract in less than 2 weeks, and over the asking price! Cathryn helped us navigate comfortably through the entire sales process with great recommendations, mentorship and reminders. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the laws and rules, both at the state and local level. And her attention to detail caught a small accounting error in the closing disclosure that could have easily been missed. It was less than $50, but it was in our favor - and she went out of her way to make sure that we did not lose that money. If Cathryn can be trusted with overseeing such a small amount, she can absolutely be trusted with major transactions! We were very blessed to have had Cathryn sell our home for us. And we HIGHLY recommend her services to anyone that is in the market! You won't find a better agent or one that will work more diligently to represent you!

EXIT Premier Realty is the Dream Team of realty in Providence, RI…read more I moved to Rhode Island and didn't know 1 person in New England. I'm also a first time home buyer from the west coast. So I took the agent suggested to me by my bank. I received no return phone call for weeks & when they did, they just give me a long list of homes to comb through. I decided I needed someone new. The 2nd real estate agent they referred me to, returned my phone calls but never invited me into an office or asked me what I wanted. And again handed me a long list of homes and met me at one (late), after I had already walked it. I decided I need find someone new. I called EXIT Realty North Providence after combing local reviews to set up an appointment. They called me back later that day to confirm a time and invited me to their office. This is where I met my agent Erin L. and their broker Melissa P. Talk about a breath of fresh air. For our initial meeting they invited me to the office, asked about me, my housing needs and even brought a lender to the table to answer any questions and offer services. The initial conversation was no pressure and all about understanding what I needed. They also answered the 1 million questions I had, as a first time home buyer. Erin was awesome through the whole process. Clearly and quickly returned all my calls, emails and texts. Day, evening and weekends, she was always there to answer questions and guide me along the way. I would highly recommend her for any first time or young home buyers. Her follow up and communication was A+. I gets even better. On the night before closing, we ended up in a situation with an unwilling seller, who can hadn't started their move out process or the repairs laid out in purchase agreement. This is where the whole team at EXIT really came in handy. The Broker Melissa began guiding me through the legal process and the next morning Erin spent the entire day with me at the lawyers office and hashed out a deal that got me $10k in an escrow hold back for the repairs and the home at a steal of a price. That same day we drove back to the house and Erin waited with me out front while they moved out till 1AM and we got the keys! Even after the purchase Erin has continued to check in with me. EXIT Real Estate in North Providence listens, cares, knows how to close the deal and treats their clients with the utmost respect even after they close the deal.

I was dreading house-hunting again because my spouse and I had tried a few years ago and were discouraged by the market. Flash-forward to the end of January 2021, we meet Angie, and now I'm writing this while sitting in my new home on March 10th 2021! She is a wealth of knowledge in this field, and she is honestly a really fun person all-around, so she's the perfect realtor. We could "be real" with her, and never felt judged for being absolutely clueless. At no point during this process did it feel like she had anything but our best interests in mind. She's extremely intuitive and was always one step ahead when it came to knowing and getting all of the information on potential homes for us, which is critical when houses are literally being bought/sold within days of being put on the market. As first-time home buyers my spouse and I didn't know where to start or what questions to ask the selling agents, but Angie was always on top of it. She's not afraid to speak up and ask questions, especially about anything that looks a little sketchy or not quite right. She has a keen eye for details that are easily missed by others, which is crucial when you only have 10 minutes to look at a house due to Covid19 restrictions. She's the ultimate advocate, especially for first-time homebuyers like us. Needless to say, we can't thank her or recommend her enough.
