We brought it back to Casual Designs of Cape Cod for advice on having it repaired. There was no recourse. Ok. I suggested that she mention to future customers to store it where mice were not present. Her answer "oh ya, like I don't tell them enough! Mice are everywhere". Very rude and unprofessional. I know it is not easy to get good help these days, but people like her can ruin the reputation of a business. I would not recommend Casual Designs of Cape Cod. She was incredibly helpful, and we ended up being lucky to choose an in stock table and chairs to start out with. Gina helped in the selection of umbrella and with the ordering of matching chair cushions which were custom made. We then ordered a matching counter height table with four chairs and cushions that had the same fabric as the umbrella. The wait was long due to supply chain issues, but Gina kept us updated regularly. When summer of 2022 came, and we still did not have our 2nd table, she cancelled our original order and expedited the same product with another manufacturer. We were able to have the full complement of furniture we wanted on our deck for the celebration of our son's marriage in August. Thanks to Gina!

We bought our Kingsley Bate outdoor seating set, fire table, Adirondack chairs, and our kids' swing set there, and everything has been excellent. The Kingsley Bate seating in particular looks great, is extremely comfortable, and has held up beautifully. The fire table has been a perfect addition and gets a ton of use.
