The truth is the pool was already open, the previous owners had done it. These guys noticed when they arrived and didn't say a thing, nothing. I don't appreciate the dishonesty, but fair enough, it was my mistake. They also took some samples of the water to run some tests and told me to wait for a call the next day. Nobody ever called (shocking, right?). When I called them to ask for the test results, they told me no tests were performed, so it turns out I paid $300+ for essentially nothing. I tried to speak to a manager over the phone and surprisingly, they just hung up on me and stopped answering the phone. I'm afraid I have nothing good to say. This is just a poorly run and managed business. Some people seem to have had good experiences with them, but I can't say the same. Would absolutely not recommend.

Called back and spoke with someone else who had no clue about the transaction and suggested I send pictures and basic information along to sales at their email.
