I was extremely happy with my experience! The owner was absolutely amazing--professional, friendly, and so easy to communicate with. They did everything they promised and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for someone reliable, professional, and great to work with! read more

They did a great job at a fair price. Very easy to work with. Highly recommended. I would use them again.

Waited over a week for an estimate that was blamed on software issues. Will give them a chance only because they did my driveway many years ago and they were great. read more

My husband desired to take away small stones and other larger paver rocks from our main walkway that the contractor who sold the house left there. It wasn't safe, especially for me with 6 inch heels ;-) - I had to play leap frog to get to the larger stones. Even wedged shoes... you couldn't wear. Ended up rolling my ankle a few times. Thus, my husband called around- and all these "walkway" places desired 5400-8200 to fix something small as they wanted to go all out. We explained our situation to these walkway companies that we're selling the current home in 7 months ...and we don't want something huge like that. Josh was very understanding with my husband. He understood what my husband desired done. He additionally gave him some pointers on the retaining wall, which is another issue we have to tackle. He got back to my husband very quickly, and got it done within a day of quoting us. Superb customer service! Excellent communication skills. Work looks great and they work diligently. Will definitely hire Josh again when we move and need things done. Highly recommended! read more

Update after 2 years -- Unfortunately I was not home when the walkway was put in so here is what I'm finding after 2 years. The pavement is extremely 'soft' in hot weather. Approximately 8 months after the walkway was installed my wife (all 108-lbs of her) had her high heel shoe sink into the pavement while waiting for me to open the house door, leaving a 'hole'... a few months latter I had new gutters put on the house, same problem, the guys ladder sunk into the pavement, also leaving damage... This past summer I've begun to have grass grow up through the walkway causing 'mounds' and cracks to form... it would appear they didn't dig out the grass, or dig deep enough to remove the grass. At this point I'm going to have to dig out the damaged area and repair it myself or I'll have to hire someone to do it for me. I did like the guy I spoke to, I'm just very disappointed this happened in less than two years. read more

I have never written a bad review but here we go. LOOK ELSEWHERE. The sales agent came and gave me a quote to repair steps, replace walk and driveway. I asked for advanced notice before anyone came so I could take the dog elsewhere. instead they just showed up when they were in the area. Once walk was completed I was informed they could not do the steps as the sales agent had forgot to measure and they could not do the job as planned. After offering an inadequate solution and many conversations they basically said there was nothing else they could do and gave me the number of another stone mason. Other guy came today and said job could have been done if they had done the stairs first then the walk. I have requested for them to honor their contract and am awaiting a response. I have also requested they remove the tools they left in the flower beds a month ago. Bottom line consider other firms. read more

We needed a 30 foot extension to our driveway and called DeJesus Driveways. Josh couldn't have been any easier to deal with - he gave a great, competitive price and worked with us on exactly what we wanted. We hired him and his team showed up (like a small army) and banged out our extension in three hours. This was exactly what we wanted (from any contractor doing ANY job) - no hidden extra charges, no waiting for return calls, no attitude, no feeling like I was being schooled by some "expert", and no disappointment the final product. Just a good solid job equal to the price we agreed on. read more

DeJesus Paving Corporation tore up our old driveway and paved a beautiful new one for us. We had them add cobblestones around the edges, which really added a striking accent. Josh's crew was hard working, caring about the quality of the project, and listened to the little touches that I wanted to have included. Four years later, the driveway has developed a crack. I called, and Josh answered the phone, came when he said he would, gave me a reasonable quote for the repair, and promised a quick time frame to get it done. DeJesus Paving Corporation is a company that I have come to trust and will recommend to to others. read more

Awesome job doing a commercial project, was reliable professional and perform the job ahead of time.

We have used DeJesus on multiple homes with great results each time. We have had them create and pave asphalt driveways, lay patio block walkways, take out and replace cement for stairs and always perfection. I have only praise for this company. Quick response time, friendly, professional, cannot say enough good about DeJesus. Great find. read more

I had set a date to get my driveway resealed and didn't like to get it done in early spring when the trees in the area would make the driveway green from all the pollen so I set it in early summer well we had to set it back many weeks due to rain everyday and sometimes the only days no rain was on a Sunday lol. They had the patience to wait as do I and my neighbor who we both share the driveway but we got it done had to refresh the crew of what we wanted done and they did what was said on the contract the only little problem there were some small spots that were missed but overall the driveway looks great they used quality sealing products it's been about a month and still has the new driveway smell thanks guys read more

DeJesus was very professional. Top-notch customer service- Josh was a pleasure to deal with. He kept us in touch via emails while we were traveling on the date of installation and Josh kept kept us aware about every step. They did two big driveways and both of them came out came out flawless and improved in design. Finished in three hours. I can highly recommended Josh for his excellent work. It's very hard to find fine asphalt people with the quality of customer service. read more

We needed an entire driveway replacement after 20 years. The job included replacing a drain into which most storm water was to have drained, but never fully did. We received 3 bids. Dejesus was not only the low bidder, but was also the most professional and helpful in designing a complete solution. The work itself was done by an experienced crew who worked like a well-choreographed team. Any questions I raised were answered promptly and thoroughly. The driveway is perfectly sloped for all water to run into the new drain. The job was done on time and on budget. The most impressive thing they did was to return later in the week, after receiving full payment, to fix an unforeseen problem at no additional charge. I highly recommend this company. C. DeJesus Paving - Joshua just started our driveway and walkway remodel. He and his grew have done an outstanding job so far! - Masonry/Concrete Near Me - Swansea, Massachusetts

I contacted Dejesus to do my driveway and after we agreed to do the job, they showed up 3+ months later to do the job and it was not finished right. Left side of my driveway is all unfinished and looks unprofessional (See picture). One of the guys in charge called me and I let him know and he just said "Is just a Driveway" like he doesn't really care about it plus he was really rude. In top of that, we had some damage to the property too. The first person that I spoke to was good but I will not recommended Dejesus Driveway to anybody. read more

Even after the driveway was redone, because there was a puddle in the original one, well there still is there one. No-one asked to completely put two more inches of asphalt, when the puddle is still there and initial problem isn't fixed. Thanks read more

I had called DeJesus Paving to get a quote for my driveway. For starters, they cancelled the first appt, and right there I should have known. When the "salesman" finally showed up, he was less than professional. (Warning #2). He proceeded to tell us that doing the driveway was no problem, and explained how the process would be done with an "paving box". When we decided to go with DeJesus, we did haggle a little bit on price, and they dropped it $300. They cancelled the appointment to do the work 2 times, and finally showed up on a Friday in the rain. I had asked the owner Josh if he could call me when they were on there way so I could point out a few things just in case the saleman didn't tell them. We were promised in the contract to have 3" to 8" of new base, (which we did not get) and the industry standard 3" of asphalt, (which we did not get). By the time he called me, half the driveway was "hand poured", no paving box, wheel barrows, rakes, and plywood shoes. I did not get to see if they even dug out, or even scraped the old gravel underneath. Not a good way to do business. Not to mention, they ran out of asphalt 3/4 of the way through the job, and had to go get more, which took 40 mins, ( basically, I got the scrap from another job) allowing the asphalt already put down, to cool. Not good. When he finally came back and began pouring again, the seam they had made ACROSS the driveway, yes, ACROSS, looked horrible. End result, puddles everywhere, roll marks everywhere, stones already coming out, and it is only two weeks old!! I asked how long before I could put a car in the driveway, I was told, 4 days, but 5 would be better, so I waited 6, just to be safe. Well, it didn't matter with such shoddy work. After 6 days, I had tire marks, and sink marks in the asphalt, and I was told that was "Normal". I have bootprints in the asphalt, and a small piece of steel was left in the asphalt as well. This is absolutely the WORST driveway I have ever seen. I will NEVER recommend DeJesus Paving to anyone. Now I have to pay a real Professional Paving company to come rip out the mess they made, and have my driveway re-paved. Don't EVER hire this company. A word that comes to mind......gypsies. read more

These guys are real pros. After receiving a quote in early April DeJesus paved our stone driveway in mid-June. Their quote was competitive and they provided the best coverage in terms of guaranteeing their work post-pave. In addition, I sourced quotes from half a dozen companies and they seemed the most professional by far. The day of the pave they were on time, quick, and coordinated. The entire process took about 6 hours and their teamwork was apparent. DeJesus even accommodated a last minute request by me for additional pavers. Our driveway has been paved for two weeks and we are so far very happy with the results. read more

I contact DeJesus Driveways via their website on March 31st. I received a confirmation of my email. " Thank you for your interest in DeJesus Driveways! We will contact you shortly in reference to your blah blah blah.. Well, I received no response. I figured well, maybe they lost the email. Let me call, it was an automated service, so you don't actually speak to anyone directly. Left a voicemail and three weeks later, no response. Is to too much to ask for a return phone call, either way. read more

Josh and crew from Dejesus paving did a wonderful job with our driveway paving. Removed old layers and got this job done quick. Very reliable, responsive, professional, and great price. Joshua and his crew put the topcoat on my driveway. He gave an on-the-spot honest & reasonable estimate and showed up prompt and did everything he said his crew was going to do. He came back later to add the sealer. It looks great; he added nice thick brushed on sealer, not a thin spray like some of those others. Friendly guys that went the extra mile. Wrote back to me right away and had the job done within 24 hours. Gave me a great deal. Very courteous!

Totally unreliable! Called me and made two scheduled appointments. First time he said on my way. Great put dinner on warm he coming by. No show! Called me said he got tied up. He said I will see you tomorrow please except my apologies. Next day.. No show not even the courtesy of a call. I would rather have a contractor tell me he is busy and cannot provide a service rather then be unreliable. Do yourself a favor contact someone who will call you. Checked other references he has done this to other consumers. Rating F read more

Josh and his team were terrific! They were fast, diligent, respectful, and knowledgeable. We received a free estimate and Josh explained everything that needed to be done and how they would do it and the job was executed exactly as described. We had several quotes and recommendations but we chose this company because of how Josh explained things at the estimate he made us feel informed and comfortable with what we were paying for. His prices are reasonable , and he was very communicative at all times and checked in on how things were going when he couldn't be there. I have had bad contractors before and I have nothing but good things to say about Josh, Lee and the team. I highly recommend them, even our neighbors asked for a referral because they were impressed with how fast the job was completed. read more

I was very diligent in doing my homework before having my driveway paved. Of the quotes I received, Joshua instilled the most confidence that he could get the job done well. He not only answered all my questions, he explained his rationale for each thing he would do to provide the best job he could. His crew was very friendly and they did my neighbor's and my driveway in a day. He was very professional and listened to my neighbor's and my concerns and made sure that the job was done to our satisfaction before leaving. I would highly recommend DeJesus to anyone; I've passed his card along to a number of neighbors in the Maynard area and they have all been satified as well. read more
