However, to see all the recent posts and reviews of all other projects and not one of mine, truly shows that Netto Construction themselves, are not happy with the quality of work done by his laborers at my home. Where do I begin with my experience? To call it an experience is an understatement, more like a nightmare,that I relive every time I step into my yard and overlook my new patio and walkway. It was a project many years in the making due to the expense. We chose Netto Construction because of Sebastian initial attentiveness and willingness to collaborate with us on this project. From the start all was good, responsive and attentive. But then my job became the filler job, to what was dubbed as "The Big Westport Pool Job" by the crew. Which is proudly displayed across all Netto Construction sites along with drone videos. I should have known I was in trouble the moment they showed up to design my project and asked me for a can of spray paint to mark out the layout. Or the retaining wall that they failed to connect to my walkway and was finished with materials left in my yard from previous projects of mine. After several rebuilds of the wall I had something reasonable that I had to live with. However, in the end they finally brought the one lead mason on staff to try and mitigate damages. It was a last ditch effort to correct and resolve most, but not all of the poor craftsmanship. You see, I was willing to write a good review every time they solicited one. Even after I asked to have corrected, all they believed needed to be fixed, and leave me with a finished project they could put their reputation and name on. Thus, I'm still left with chipped pavers and uneven trip hazards. At this point My sanity was more important and I believe in karma. In conclusion , I wish them well and continued growth. However, my wife and I saved for too long to have this project done, and thus removed the second part of the project. A vinyl fence install from Netto Construction . As the material for the fence sits in my driveway, as a constant reminder awaiting another contractor to install it in the spring.

I recently hired complete paving and masonry for a 3rd job on my property…read more In 2022 they replaced my asphalt driveway and edging, they removed all the landscape timbers and replaced with stone and new asphalt. then in 2025 the front walkway they removed all bricks and landscape timbers and replaced with a paver walkway and matching stone edging. Yesterday the crew was here for the recent job of removing concrete landing step ( which started to fall apart during the winter) and replacing it with a granite step. We are very happy with all the jobs. Gerry and the crew were quick and efficient. Do not hesitate to ask for a quote and trust in this company.
