In 2022 they replaced my asphalt driveway and edging, they removed all the landscape timbers and replaced with stone and new asphalt. then in 2025 the front walkway they removed all bricks and landscape timbers and replaced with a paver walkway and matching stone edging. Yesterday the crew was here for the recent job of removing concrete landing step ( which started to fall apart during the winter) and replacing it with a granite step. Jerry brings top notch service. My condo building had some water leaks in the basement, so we needed to waterproof the basement. Originally, I thought patching the inside of the basement would suffice. I found Complete Paving & Masonry on Yelp, and reached out; Jerry responded very quickly and was able to come by to provide a visual inspection and a quote. He recommended that work needs to be done on the outside in order to fix the inside. We took a walk around the outside and he provided points of what work needed to be done. Essentially, he recommended to dig up the dirt around the foundation; patch and seal the foundation; put in some gravel and then cover it up with dirt. This would help prevent water from leaking through the foundation into the basement/garage. After conversing with my fellow condo neighbor, we hired Jerry's team to do the work. Within a week, they were able to come on site and start the work. It took them 4 days to do the work (original quote was 3-5 days). Jerry and his team did a magnificent job. They went above and beyond the original estimate's work at no extra charge to improve the water flow surrounding the condo. They also did some additional patch work on the outside of the condo. When the job was completed, Jerry walked me through everything his team did and why it was done, so I was able to understand the reason for the work. Can I give Jerry at complete paving 6 stars ? Replaced a crumbled deteriorating brick staircase with granite treads and stucco front. Jerry responded to my phone call within 24 hours, arrived for estimate on time, gave me several options to repair and/or replace stairs. Sent a written estimate for all options via email within 24 hours. Easy to communicate with , honest and professional. Before he was scheduled to start the job a torrential rain in July destroyed the bottom step causing the brick to fall off making stairs dangerous and unsafe. I sent jerry a photo and he came out within 48 hours and patched the stairs until he could replace for the scheduled date. I highly recommend jerry and his company. After waiting almost a year to get at least one company to respond, I was ready to give up on it and just keep things the way they were. I found Jerry, gave him a call; he was here the next day and started and finished the work the following week. Work was done to perfection. I even wanted a particular finish on the side of the steps, and it was done. His employees were courteous and very talented. He ordered new railings for me and installed them. I needed a carpenter to fix the molding around the front door because the old railings had to be taken down and it affected the molding. Again, I could not get a carpenter to even respond. After waiting weeks with no railing, Jerry found someone who could do the work, fixed the molding, put up a mailbox post and even painted the new carpentry work. Amazing. I have one more walkway to be done this spring along with sealing my driveway. Jerry has saved me an opening and I can't wait to see it completed. My new steps and walkways are absolutely beautiful.
