Couldn't be more pleased. Contacting Drycrete was easy. Jason was so easy to talk to and very reassuring. He was able to schedule us in to put in a french drain, new sump pump, and a beautiful concrete floor with a moisture barrier underneath. The team was always on time and communicative about the process. They were fast and thorough and paid extra attention to tiny details. They are amazing at what they do! Making basements dry! We've had a rainy spring and we are very pleased with our new sump pump and floor. These folks are lovely to work with. Many of our neighbors have hired their services, this is why we contacted Drycrete to begin with.

Jason and his crew are top notch. They did an amazing job installing my French drain system after a catastrophic flood in 2018. I live on the ocean in Winthrop. They are professional, reliable have an incredible work ethic, but most importantly and impressively they are extremely empathetic. Due to a high level power surge and an extraordinary combined New Moon & King Tide my main pump failed causing flooding. Thank God the second pump held on to advert another major disaster before it too failed due to the heavy amounts of water. Jason came immediately to rectify and replace both systems which have been upgraded over the last 5 years. I highly recommend Jason and DryCrete, I can promise you will not be disappointed with the quality of their work.

Really wish I would've received some sort of response. I have been trying to get in touch with this company since May. I had called and was told I would receive a call back to schedule a time for someone to come out. Never received a call. Tried scheduling appointments via email twice to no avail. Called two more times in the hopes of finally getting an answer and still nothing. I was highly recommended DryCrete. Too bad. :(

Jason and his team were outstanding from start to finish. They were responsive, professional and the work was done as promised. We originally thought we would need a sump pump and it turned out we didn't - Jason was honest with the assessment and said we actually didn't need it. As a result we referred them to our neighbors who needed 3 pumps! Cannot day enough good things - he also brought us pipe to help fix a gutter outside which was contributing to the water leak issue. Great guy, great company. 5 stars, plus!

Today we had a professional state of the art sump pump installed in our basement. As you can see the difference between the old and new one. The new one is hooked up to WiFi and that will alert me on my smartphone if there is any problems with the pump no matter where I am in world. It also keeps records of all activity with the pump. Love technology. Also the company and crew were exceptional and so awesome.

All of our interactions/communications were very positive. Before the job, everything was very transparent from pricing, the work to be done, options available, etc. And the crew performing the work was extremely professional. Prior to contacting Premier, we had water issues in our basement which made our basement nearly unusable; after getting moderate rain we'd get big puddles of water. After Premier installed the french drain, the basement has become our home office, our workout room, and we can store things without worrying about water damage. Four years later, the basement has been BONE DRY ever since - no water whatsoever, no matter had hard it rains. If you're on the fence, I can say: "do it" - it's been 100% worth it for us, and has transformed the way we use our basement. And Premier Basement Waterproofing is absolutely the company to use, to get the job done right.

Marvin the young man who ran the job site is absolutely amazing , I can't say enough good things about him . The price was a little higher than quotes that came in after I went with Premier but if I had those quotes before and could of saved 2k I would choose not to and stay with Premier mainly because of those 3 people I named. I had a foot of water in my basement after a storm, Marvin arrived and put a sump pump in to drain all the water . He got Jerry to come in and look it over for a quote. I'll post the price and work done. - Came out and drained all the water with sump pump - they demoed a whole room , taking down all the walls , heating system and doors then disposed of all the wood. -they dug , installed about 100 sq feet of French drain , poured drainage gravel on top then re-cemented over it. - they installed a 2 pump system with battery back up and alarm - they installed a moisture barrier on the entire basement - They dug a trench and ran sump line out to safe area outside - Took 3 full days to complete - they stayed until 9pm on a Friday to be sure it was 100% completed. - everything was about 15k in total If you use them make sure you ask for Marvin to do the work , he's very honest and answers all your questions without trying to upsell anything . They literally just left my house at 9pm because they wanted it finished before tomorrows rain , only thing left is Jerry was going to have someone reconnect the heating but everything water proof wise is complete. I'll update the review if there's any issues but as of this moment I've never felt better about a service.

"We need to go under the deck and rip up the first 8-10 planks". b) Wrong - we can't go under the deck. "We need to chisel out the floor at the rear of the garage to install 4 piers there". 3) AFTER I was told they had to go in through the garage floor, I told them not to come back, and I needed a day to review all changes, send me a new contract, and drawings. After digesting all the changes, I called and asked if I should grab some 12 mil plastic sheeting to cover up everything in the garage. Digging, cement dust, dirt = headaches. "The crew will take care of all of that for you". After you read this, LOOK at the garage pics, and EVERYTHING the crew DID NOT cover. Free of charge, I get to take everything from my garage and remove the layers of cement dust and dirt off all of it. All my tools, the kayaking equipment, all chairs, the 9 ft high shelving - EVERYTHING. They only had to say "yeah, probably a good idea", and they'd be off the hook. But not Ground Works. It's a DNA thing to just tell anyone what they want to hear. That would have taken me 45 minutes, but now I get to spend hours on another Keystone cops outcome. 4) This 3-4 day job, tomorrow am, 23 Jun, will be day 14. 5) They had an excavator, all the dirt, boulders, and other loose stones parked on the side of the lawn for 13 days before removal. 6) AFTER finally removing the excavator - 22 June - the crew told me I was supposed to remit payment. a) They haven't addressed the large crack in the corner of the garage, and b) I financed 60% of the job through their 3rd party finance company, GreenSky. There is no money owed them, once they finish - it's now on a payment plan through GreenSky. PS - Their office has NO IDEA how this works. Called 3 times to ensure billing would be applied to the account we were approved for. NO CLUE AT ALL. 7) They also had to dig to the foundation on the R side of the garage (known). They dug it up to spill over the retaining wall into the neighbor's driveway. The neighbors couldn't use half their driveway for the same two weeks due to dirt and stones falling into their driveway. Read GROK (preferred AI), & their BBB ratings (33 W Bacon St, Plainville, MA specifically). There is always an excuse, and it's death by a thousand cuts with these guys. I NEVER WANT ANY COMPANY TO LOSE WORK, because there are too many people who lose business because ppl want their butts kissed. Absolutely not the case here. LOOK at the pics, and imagine this is your yard, your house, and all the extra work you get to do after they've left. This is only written so no one else has to go through anything like this, and I'm kicking myself for not trusting my gut. When you see the images of their dump truck in my neighbor's driveway, that's when the home office told the kid to run to Home Depot and jack in some hydraulic cement into a large foundational crack. It was exposed when digging, but they never addressed it. Now it's "sealed" only from the ground up. Good riddance, and I'll dig it out myself to not have them come back. THAT'S how they completed the job. Remember, this company told us 3-4 days. The ONLY reason I agreed to ripping up the garage floor was that I would have it back in a few days. The left hand never knows what the right hand is doing. I hope they read this, and refute it - I'll be happy to elaborate further, this is enough for now. Again, use your preferred AI for reviews, prompt it for follow-ups, delays, service, complaints, and the longer list of complaints for return calls. Prompt for BBB issues with Ground Works at this location. No pun intended, but DIG DEEPER. You do not want this experience.

The guys they sent to do the demo work were unqualified and made a mess of my yard and the drip edge of my roof issue mangled in many places (Chris said it would be straightened then just hid it behind the gutters). Luckily the roofing crew finished the work they started, but it still didn't come out great. I've got multiple gaps that have formed around the fascia boards and gutters that are all messed up now, with water getting behind them in multiple places. There are wasps currently building nests in the gaps they left. I've called, texted and sent messages to Chris (the owner) through Yelp and he hasn't responded once and apparently doesn't stand behind his work. They also found a roof issue while they were doing the fascia boards that required them to remove a section of the roof and repair it, and while I haven't noticed any issues with it yet I'm nervous about the quality of it after seeing how the fascia boards turned out. They were supposed to replace the soffit reveal where they replaced the roof but never did, and I found a piece where they were supposed to install pvc fascia material is actually just a piece of tin cut to that shape. The soffit reveals all around the house are also uneven in a lot of places. I ended up having to buy a roofing magnet to pick up the hundreds of nails they left behind in my yard. I tried to give Chris the opportunity to make this right, but he won't answer or return any of my calls or messages. I would not recommend using Oakwood Roofing.
