New doors built by different company. So much better!

I signed the contract June 1st. Worst decision I ever made! Poor communication! Poor workmanship! Do yourself a favor and stay away. My experience: They scheduled encapsulation without confirming with me. June 7, no show, no call (rain) June 19-20 Encapsulation. Was told someone would call on Monday the 22nd regarding doors, no call until the 24th or 25th. July 9 Bob told me he will be here to do the doors on 7/13 between 8-10am July 13 three guys show up at 11:30. No Bob. The guys spent a lot of time on the phone with the boss (Bob) who is in the hospital, trying to figure out how to do it and getting instructions throughout the process, all over the phone! Left at 1:00 to go get hardware for the doors. Why didn't they have it with them? Returned shortly after 2:30 Again, back on the phone with Bob, throughout the process . I questioned they way things are getting done and Bob says "why are we listening to her rather than focusing on what we are doing." I told them I have dinner guests coming at 4:30. Workers left at 5:00 telling me one door is done and they will be back in the morning. I reviewed the work done: cuts are crooked. Door is too long, below ground level. Trim is installed crooked. Big gap on the hinge side. Flimsy material, flops around. Hardware sticking out, cut myself. I spoke to Nick at 5:20 and told him I do not want them back, I am done! I told him I have house guests and am done. He said we will talk in the morning. July 14-20th, no calls July 21, the scheduler called me to follow up. I requested detailed bill so I could pay my bill less the cost of the doors. July 22, the salesman called me as I was headed out for vacation. As of today, still no detailed bill.

I wish I had read some of these reviews before I have them a deposit. It took 3 appointments to just get someone to my house for a "free estimate" then showed up on the wrong day and a day I was very busy. I very reluctantly decided to go with them, as the representative stated he would definitely stay on top of things as he was the project manager. So gave a deposit (dumb) Im thinking now reputable companies should NOT require a deposit, because on the first day they no showed no called. They finally reached out and said the crew just didnt bother to show up. Great, but what do I do, they daid them give me a discount. Ugh scheduled another day and of course after waiting around for 1.5 hours no show no call again. No response from texts sent to the office woman Holly who said to call or text and she would respond as that was her mobile number. And still they have a pretty large deposit. Absolutely horrible. If it could be 0 starts that would be too good.

Horrible experience from start to finish. Impossible to get anyone to call you back or show up. The job still is not done.

This has to be the most unprofessional experience of any business I've ever encountered. Because we…read morewere not satisfied and were charged over $500 for work not done, my husband and I gave this business a bad google review. (After requesting a refund that was refused). Unfortunately, when you own a business you get good and sometimes bad reviews. The owner was so mad at the review, and that my husband voiced his frustration on his personal social media, she contacted his employer through facebook. She harassed his employer continuously to let her know her feelings about my husband's character and that she wouldn't support her business because of his involvement. She was literally trying to get him fired for bad reviews. I owned a business for 10 years. I got a couple bad reviews along the way about employees work and had requests for refunds. I did so willingly because the customer satisfaction outweighed my ego. I would NEVER call a clients employer after they left a bad review to voice my personal opinion of them. It's absolutely insane that the owner took this route instead of just refunding the money. The owner did offer to have someone else come to do the work but our trust in the company had been diminished. We wanted a second opinion and got one. That's also the prerogative of the customer.

They sent a severely injured technitian to my house in fact he could barely walk. He was in no…read morecondition to do any work that required lifting tools and unfortunately he did nothing. I gave the tech a knee brace I had that was custom made for me when I tore my ACL/MCL and cost over $4,000 because I felt so bad for him. Chimney sweep still charged my card that I had given them to book the appointment for no services rendered. They offered to come back and "re-do" work that was never done and the owner admitted as much in writing, but at this point the way they spoke to me on the phone, wanting to bring back the injured tech basically to shame him in front of a customer and even told me if there were no brush marks in the chimney he is fired, I don't want anything to do with your company. They told me my fireplace needed a new liner amongst other things and was not usable so why would you charge me to clean it? They also charged me for an oil flue cleaning and I didn't notice this till a few days later but there is a giant tag on it that says it was cleaned on 1/6/26 by the woman we bought the house from (just closed on it weeks ago). I have confirmed the cleaning with the company that services the oil burner and they are sending me the paperwork confirming this. They quoted me a price of almost $10,000 for repairs verbally but never sent the estimate. I also had 2 chimney companies come in for repair estimates and they both confirmed (in writing) no cleaning was done here and I had company that day and they can confirm no vacuum was ever run and no cleaning ever happened. I was told my dryer vent would be cleaned for free on the phone and they wanted over $100 to clean it the day of. With all this they refuse to refund the money they charged me. This is unethical business at its finest. The pic of the cleaning door shows its rusted shut and was never opened.
