I recently hired Marios Roofing to complete my roof replacement. Prior to my roof replacement. I researched roof repair companies and decided to contract with Marios Roofing. My roof was desperately in need of replacement with leakage included. Jim Bryson from Marios arrived at my home and conducted a complete appraisal for roof replacement. The other roofing companies did not do that. He was very professional and honest. Yesterday, my roofing project was completed by the wonderful roofing crew from Marios Roofing. They arrived at my home very early in the morning and started the roofing project. The were very skilled and professional. They worked all day on the project only stopping for a lunch break. The crew was neat and clean. My property looked AMAZING after they completed my roofing project. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARIOS ROOFING COMPANY. This roofing company is s AWESOME. Very skilled and professional employees. Cheryl R. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this roofing company. The crew arrived late, left a mess in my yard, and the roof started leaking again just a few weeks after they finished the job. Their communication was terrible throughout the entire process, and they have been completely unresponsive to my follow-up calls. I would not recommend their services. read more

We hired Mario's to install a bathroom window a few years ago and we were very happy with the service and product. So, when it came time for a new roof and gutters a few years later, we went back to them! They were responsive, quick, and very clean. Highly recommend! read more

They came and did the job properly, and it was a fair value. Thanks to the whole team from estimate to customer service and install. read more

I am a retired contractor myself who is very particular about my beautiful home and landscaping here in Easton. Mario's roof was incredible. They were on time and did a beautiful job in all areas. They covered the surrounding areas with tarps and all went well. They were polite and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. I recommend this company 100% and found them to be the best in their field. Bob F. In Easton, MA read more

Scheduled window replacement didn't happen for a few months and when it happened, it was winter and extremely cold. The staff are professional and did an excellent job, braving sub-freezing temperature. Some of the staff do not speak English. I hope Trump's immigration policy change will not impact these hard-working immigrants. read more

Mario's is amazing. They just finished our remodel project which included windows, siding, gutters and shutters and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the top down, Steve, Dave, office admin, Don (on-site project manager) and the construction team, Mario's is extraordinary to deal with in every way. It was a 3-week project - construction team was professional & efficient and left the yard immaculate (and safe) every night when they left. Don addressed questions promptly and effectively managed last-minute extras we requested during the process. Budget, quality, and schedule were extremely well executed, and we highly recommend Mario's. Thank you everyone for a great job! read more

Do NOT use this company!! Tim was AWFUL! Tim checked out of the project the second he took our deposit! He seemed to know what he was talking about but when the job was done the pictures will reflect their work. There is ZERO communication! We were very unhappy with the finish they did. And we were left wondering if they were coming back to finish. It wasn't until we refused to pay the bill that they returned our responses of the sent pictures of the stuff that was left looking like c**p . NOTHING was covered and crew left property damaged and unclean. Crew is disrespectful and shows in their work. read more

Great job on my roof !!! Professional, clean and competitive. They communicated with me throughout the whole process.

Im a very fussy homeowner with extensive landscaping, and Ive engaged many contractors. These engagements werent always positive, but  I couldnt be more pleased with the new roof and related repairs - decking, replaced fascia, roof rake edge, rafter repair, etc. - installed by Mario's Roofing.   They arrived right on time.  A small army went right to work preparing the site, taking special efforts to protect the landscaping.  Huge tarps directed debris over the large landscaped beds surrounding the whole house.    There were a few different structures to reroof - the house, two additions and a detached garage, so they sent two crews.  In a few hours, the old roof was off.   A few hours later, about a half dozen panels of decking were replaced and the new roof was on.  An hour later, the site was pristine - 30 mins after that, the dumpsters were gone.  It was conducted with military precision.  But for the new roof, you'd never know they were there.   I havent found a nail yet.   The landscaping - lots of delicate flowers in bloom - barely touched.  Multiple structures and several side projects, in one day, at a very competitive price.  Thanks to Josue Correa, my Project Manager, and his entire crew for a job impressively well executed.   Glenn L. Very impressed with Mario's roofing. Right from the beginning of the process, Mario's were very responsive, punctual, courteous and professional. It took them one day to install the roof, they started at 6:30am and were done by 6pm. They did a very thorough job installing the roof and clean up was meticulous. A big thanks to Team Mario's for a job well done. read more

We needed our windows replaced and a new roof done. We got a few estimates and decided to go with Mario's Roofing. They were very professional, polite and more importantly on time. The job site was picked up every day, and was very organized. We are very happy with our decision to use them and would highly recommend this company. Carolyn D. Sudbury read more

We are so glad we chose Mario's to do our roof and gutters. What a great company! John, our product specialist, was a pleasure to deal with. He explained the whole process in an easy to understand manner, and always responded promptly to our phone calls. Jay, our project manager, was equally wonderful to work with. Very professional. He kept us updated during the roof installation, and came back the next day to look over the completed job. Both crews were efficient and worked very hard. Several people have commented on how great the roof looks. From start to finish the company exceeded our expectations. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend. read more

Expectations rule perception. I received professional treatment and excellent craftsmanship on the siding project they completed. They came right over when a couple of panels came off. The job came out so well, another resident on my neighborhood had them replace his siding. read more

Unlike other home improvement projects, roofing business is very competitive and price is negotiable. Get as many quotes as possible. The majority of companies in N.E. are using CertainTeed Landmark Pro products. Before you make your final choice, you should view the contractor credential list on CertainTeed.com; select residential roofing; find a pro, make sure your choice has the best rating as "Select Shingle Master". Only the roofing company with " Select Shingle Master" rating can offer you the Sure Start Plus 5-Star protection which carries a 50-year non-prorated warranty on materials and workmanship. I selected Mario's roofing based on a very reasonable price, their "Select Shingle Master" status and the CertainTeed 5-Star Warranty Protection. The whole staff: Steve (owner), Tim, Dave, Jeanne and Kit are very attentive, courteous and responsive. The roofing crew are efficient, well trained and hard working. This job including a new roof, rakes, two Vellux skylights with solar blinds and Chimney repair was finished as promised. The outcome of this project was highly satisfied and exceeded my expectation. I would recommend Mario's Roofing to everyone without hesitation! read more

So, I call them for skylight replacement. They were on time. The guy gets out of his car and asks if I had a ladder. I'm thinking, isn't he supposed to bring one? I said I only have an 8ft ladder. Then he asks the size of the windows. I said I did not know. He asked to walk around the property but he did not go up on the roof. Obviously. No ladder. So, after a while he said he'd be in touch. Never heard from anybody form Mario's again. read more

I just had new windows installed and Marios did a great job. Windows were installed correctly in one day. The crew also removed any construction materials and trash. Left the house and yard just as clean as they found it. Good quality windows also. read more

Had Marios do my windows last year and the service was on spot! Well, not so much anymore. They say they do remodels of bathrooms and they were right on top of sending someone out within a few days.Very nice young man came out and spent hours talking about ideas that would work.I tnink he became embarrassed because he was so sure he could put together an estimate of what we would like to do and kept stringing us along never sending estimate and not even a phone call saying the work was just out of their expertise! He actually wasted three hours of our time, three hours too many Now, that's unprofessional! Sorry Marios, you just lost our vote! read more

Had an excellent experience with Mario's roofing. Our roof was damaged in a windstorm that lasted two days. Mario's came out and put a temporary roof covering up for us within hours of us calling. They did this during the windstorm just before the heavy rains came and saved us from further damage. They then worked with our insurance company to get them to pay the full repair cost (our insurance initially under quoted us by $4k!). Overall it was an excellent experience and we're happy with our new roof. It was finished in one day and they left our property nice and clean. I'd highly recommend Mario's, especially Tim - he was always available by phone when we needed him. Thanks Tim! read more

Marios Roofing has resided our home, put all new windows in, and replaced our roof over the years. My wife and I have found them to do extremely clean and efficient work, at a very reasonable price. My neighbors have hired them, my friends have hired them, and I see their trucks whenever I am out. I like working with companies that I know, clearly these guys are so busy for a reason. Since my last update I've been getting weekly phone calls from the owner (Steve), who just wants to make sure I'm happy and taken care of. They fixed the issues with the roof and completely wowed me when they offered to do another job I needed to be done with no labor costs as an apology. I ended up not taking their offer, but I was very impressed by how far they are willing to go in order to make good on a bad customer experience. I will definitely call them again for future. read more

I just had Mario's Roofing replace the entire roof on my Cape plus addition. They did a great job, looks great. The color works great with the house. The guys that did the job worked super hard on a very hot day but stuck to it to get things done right. One fellow spent the entire time just keeping supplies going up to the roof and old stuff moving to the dumpster. The use of tarps really helped but there was not a single bit of paper, plastic, nails, shingles...nothing after they left. Nothing like having a good job plus a great clean up. read more

These people have been stringing me along for months. They have made appointments to come out and do my work several times, and they never show up. They tried to pressure me into removing my earlier bad review -- I told them I would be happy to amend it when they had actually completed the work. They promised they would come "in a few days," but that was over a month ago. These people are seriously bad news. read more

I wish I could comment on the work quality for Mario's, unfortunately my experience with them never made it past the estimate phase. It's been over a month since Marty came out to my house to provide an estimate for repair on a leaking roof and replacement of a broken old steel-frame window and I have still not received ANYTHING. I can't even get a call back from this company despite reaching out to their office multiple times to find out what is going on. I did receive a couple text messages though, one informing me that the roofer wasn't feeling well and would try to come out to my property the next day. This was a surprise as I had not made any appointments or received any correspondence regarding this. When I replied informing them that I wasn't around (this was a weekend, and again, no one bothered to call or email me to schedule something) to meet with the roofer I was told to "just call the customer".... If Mario's is this disorganized trying to provide an estimate and basic communication to a potential customer I can hardly imagine what actually scheduling the work would have been like. My roof still leaks and my window is still broken. read more

I literally created a Yelp account as a direct result of the very poor service, from start to finish, received by Mario's Roofing. The company's motto should read, "Some jobs ARE small enough". Upon receiving an estimate of just 800 bucks for a flashing replacement via email, the rep, Michael, was never heard from again. I called the number left on his business card, I called the management office and even left emails confirming my interest to move forward with the work to be completed. Weeks went by before the secretary provided Michael's cell phone. The absolute only reason I managed to get a hold of Michael was because I called from a different number than my cell! Michael apologized for being out of contact and sited such a busy schedule due to large scale roofing assignments. (*Insert Motto Here) Despite my annoyance and discomfort at this point, I went ahead a scheduled a date for him to pick up my 10% deposit as well as the signed contract for a Saturday morning 9am. Saturday morning rolls around.... then Saturday afternoon.....by 2pm I had called his personal cell 2x and left messages. Fast forward 3wks later, still no word from Michael, but the secretary, upon my request, left an angry note for the owner essentially asking to contact me. The owner did! We scheduled an appt for him to pick my deposit and the signed contract for a Saturday morning. True to his word, he did! Upon arrival he apologized and insinuated they ( Mario's Roofing) like jobs $1500 or more (*Insert Motto Here) and that what Michael was doing was pure laziness and irresponsible. I thought, "Who works for who?" After receiving my check and the signed contract, the owner got his car, fastened his seat belt, and said he would call soon to schedule a date to start the work. The owner also said he would take care of the work personally. 2wks go by, I call the secretary 4/27/19 and politely ask for the refunding of my deposit. She says she has to put through the request on Monday when the office is open. Monday morning (4/29/19) around 7:45am I receive a call from none other than Michael asking why I want a refund!........The end! As I can't attest to the work of the company, customer service goes a long way with me and if you can't get that portion of the sale right......Rome does not exist if Mario is handling the contract! read more

Lost some shingles in high winds last weekend. On referral from a friend who owns several properties, called Mario's Roofing, Siding & Windows on Monday morning. Asked if they could check on the roof integrity and, if compromised, make repairs ASAP because of big snow storm expected Tuesday. They came in the afternoon, found some issues and made the necessary repairs right away. We were new customers for them and I was quite impressed with their friendly professionalism, willingness to assist on such short notice, and reasonable cost for an unscheduled repair late in the day. Called for repair estimate and sales guy shows up. I know I am in trouble when the person shoes up with no ladder...anyhow, I explain my repair needs, he then says "we don't do repairs". This is although they clearly advertise they do repair work. Clearly they go around trying to see if they can sell a whole roof. I tell him this and he admits that is the case. As one last test, I ask him what it would take to replace a small part of my roof where I got quotes for $500. He tells me $2000, without looking at it. Clearly a rip off type of place. A waste of time. On the bright side, I was saved from working with a roofing company that has unethical practices. Buyer beware. read more

We contacted Mario's (on the recommendation of friends) about 2 months ago for replacement windows. Tim came out later the next day and spent maybe 30 minutes here. He said he would send an estimate for 18 windows and 2 doors. Three weeks later, when we still hadn't heard from him, my husband called and "reminded" Tim about the estimate, which arrived the next day. It literally said 18k for 18 windows. It was not broken down and did not include doors. My husband called him back and Tim said he would send another estimate. Nothing. We then called a private contractor, who came out two days later, spent about 3 hours checking each window and door, and had an estimate that afternoon. My husband gave Tim another call with another chance to submit an estimate. Nothing. Turns out it was a blessing in disguise because the contractor was awesome! Tim and company missed out on a 22k job. Good riddance!! read more

I too had Mario's install a new roof one month into COVID. They were responsive and got the job done in one day. I then called for replacement windows and doors on a porch and Tim said he would get me the estimate - was just waiting for prices on 2 doors. 3 weeks later you still don't have prices on doors? Weird. I then e-mailed Tim to say any luck? Radio silence. This is not a way to run a business by ignoring potential clients altogether. If you can't do the window and door replacement, don't bother coming out to give an estimate. I think Mario's should just stick with roofing - that seems to be their specialty. I think I figured out the quick response 1 month into COVID - they were not sure if people were going to spend money during a pandemic so they jumped at the chance to make money. Not so much now that we are a year into it and people are spending money again making home repairs. read more
