Paid a higher price thinking I would get a better product and better support. The roof was done quickly and seems to be a good product, but the support is absolutely terrible... Better off elsewhere...can't recommend them with such poor follow up. FOLLOW UP: After posting this review, they came out and saw the issue and said they would be back to fix it. A few days later a couple guys came out, ripped off the warping shingles and replace them. I will give it a couple days to settle in and post new pictures of the repair. For now I will up their rating to 3 stars, still a little perturbed that it took a negative review to get a response, but if the repair is good, I will be fair and update it again. During the first winter, we couldn't keep the house warm enough. Cold air was seeping into every room. Our heating cost was very high. So we decided to replace the windows before the next winter. A friend recommended AAA Royal Window. I called and spoke to John Boyd. He came to our home, made an evaluation and recommended that all windows be replaced and insulated. I was concerned about losing the wood tone windows to white vinyl clad windows, but John recommended double pane, tilt-in windows with wood tone application. They looked just like the real wood tone windows that we were replacing. He said they could do the entire job in one day. It sounded impossible, but we agreed and signed the contract. The AAA Royal crew arrived on the scheduled day at 7:00 a.m. They removed all of the old windows and storm windows, insulated the frames and installed the new windows. They removed all of the old windows and packaging and cleaned up both inside and outside. At the end of the day, you wouldn't even know that they had been here. I was so impressed. But it got better. During the next winter, and every winter since, our heating costs have dropped significantly. Every room stays warm. No more cold air creeping in. I have been so pleased. This year, five years after the windows were installed, my son broke the hardware on one of the tilt in windows. I called John Boyd and he offered to mail me the replacement parts and walk me through the simple repair. I was concerned that I would mess it up, so John came to our home in Medford and did the five minute repair job himself. It doesn't get much better than that. (Proposal…read more#16872151) OCI360 Exteriors sent out someone to look at the project (June 7, 2024) and spent a few hours measuring and talking about procedure and policies etc. He gave me a quote within a few hours and even offered to lower it if we would pay cash. He called his boss while we were sitting there, who offered an even better price if we would let them put a sign up and pressure us to agree to terms on the spot, which I said I would not do without my spouse. They sent the proposal (June 18, 2024) and we agreed to terms that day or the next and I signed the contract. They sent an invoice for the first third of the work (June 28, 2024, I didn't see this the first time, and requested that they resent it on July 1, 2024). They sent the project manager out to look at the job (On or about July 3, 2024) and look at logistics. He told me that once the deposit was paid they will file a permit the same day with our town. I texted them immediately after the deposit was sent (July 8, 2024) and my phone rang within 10 seconds. They said they mismeasured the job (two weeks earlier) and it would require $5500 more for them to do the job. This was a 68% increase over the agreed upon (signed contract) price. They asked me how much my other offers were for and I said I wouldn't tell them that and that I expected the company to hold up their end of our contract. I do not think they are losing money at all. After two weeks since I paid and they have still not filed a permit or delivered a dumpster as promised. The project manager texted me today to say that his office would start processing the return of my deposit as they would not do the job unless we agreed to pay 68% more than the quoted, signed upon price. If this review is still posted here, then this matter has not been resolved, and my money has still not been refunded.
