Like yeah I would just throw away a great job that I loved and had been there for a year and was planning on working there for years more. I know for a fact I told people that I was leaving. Not only that day but I had told them months ahead of time about that day. I believe the real reason was because covid was starting and business was slowing as well as an employee that was out for a year with an injury. Just came back 2 weeks earlier. I was the newest employee and I understand with business slowing I would be the first one to go. But just tell me that I would completely understand. Instead they make up the story that I just walked out. I have no ill will towards the company or anyone there. It's a great company with great owners and I still highly recommend them. The original estimate was done from the ground, however when the technician was able to get the unit out of the frame, (This is an old style window), we both saw that additional work had to be done. The tech did the work and did an excellent job. It was only a bit more over the original estimate, but quite reasonable. I highly recommend Good Window Works.
