I was extremely pleased with the service and the work from Portanova Roofing. I had a leak and Mike B from Portanova came out very quickly to take a look. He gave me clear options for repairing or replacing my 30 year-old roof. The estimate came later the same day and was reasonable. I decided to go with replacing the roof and they even dropped off a few samples of the shingles to help me in selecting the best option for me. I now have a new roof. The entire process took one day and was very smooth. Great team of hard-working guys who went above and beyond in terms of protecting my plants/landscaping, attention to safety issues, and cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend them. read more

Just a top notch company, that does it the real way with a hands on evaluation and great prices and fantastic workers.

Is there a six star button I could use? We are super impressed with this company. We did a major upgrade to our home over several months. Of all the contractors that worked here Portanova ranks as the VERY BEST! Jim Corry made initial contact and worked up the estimate. His communication was fast and clear. He made me feel comfortable that some of the quirks of my project would be handled correctly, and they were. His install team was respectful of our property, worked at a ferocious pace and left the yard spotless when done. To my surprise they did extra details at no charge that we did not discuss because "it made the project nicer". Jim came back after to check the quality of the work and noticed an item that had been overlooked and had a team out the following day to take care of it. I wish they did more than roofing, because I would hire them for that too! read more

There is nothing harder then undertaking a massive home project as a first time homebuyer but the team at Portanova put me completely at ease. Mike had come to the house to provide a quote and he went up to the roof to get the best look to provide the most realistic quote. After comparing against others, we decided to go with Portanova and I am so glad we did. Mike and team came over at 7am and were fully done with replacing our roof, realigning a gutter and then cleaning up by 6pm. The roof looks amazing and I can't say enough about their professionalism. Certainly would recommend them read more

Responsive, professional and trustworthy. Alex and Mike were both very helpful and responsive during the period before, during, and after getting our new roof done. There were a couple issues with clean-up, but they went above and beyond to fix them. We went with the higher-end "pro' level and are glad we did. It looks great. We would highly recommend Portanova Roofing. read more

I just purchased a home in dire need of a new roof. After receiving quotes from various roofing companies, I decided to go with Portanova Roofing. They were great to work with. Their bid was the lowest. They had access to a Certainteed shingle color other roofing contractors said was out of stock. They showed up on the day and time promised and completed the entire roof in one day. I highly recommend Portanova Roofing. read more

This is an awesome company! They did a repair to part of our roof and were sooo reliable, punctual, and gave us a fantastic quote. Great response from this company. Mike and crew were awesome...replaced two layers of roofing and installed a new roof one year ago, No problems since and it looks nice. They obtained the color and design we liked. Mike is coming today to inspect a leaking gutter, no charge and he said he will tighten the gutter to the fascia board. This is not the company's responsibility, just an indication of how responsive and helpful they are to their customer. Thanks Mike and company. read more

The team at Portanova Roofing is exceptional. We have dealt with them already in two occasions and they never let us down. They are responsive (which is basically a miracle in the roofing world), professional, courteous, fairly priced, and they do an amazing job. Most importantly, they are very honest. They don't try to oversell you anything, which makes us trust their opinion. I would give them 6 stars if I could. read more

Alex from Portanova roofing respond to our roofing need quickly, patched it very nicely!

After speaking with 3 roofing companies, we decided on Portanova and we are glad we did! We have an older home in need of some TLC. After some storm damage, we were in need of a new roof. Our job consisted of a new roof, PVC trim on the main house, new gutters and a new roof on our shed. We decided on Landmark Pro "better quality" shingles in Granite Gray. Alex was great to work with from the first meeting all the way to completion. Mike was on the job each day and he was great as well. The work crew was unbelievable. They were on the roof at 7am and worked tirelessly all day. Their work ethic was amazing to witness. Many of our neighbors complimented the crew and the awesome work they were doing. The trim on our old house was challenging to say the least. Luckily, Portanova was up to the challenge. The end result was amazing. Now I have to paint my front door because the rest of the house looks so good! Here are the positives our experience. The initial process and discussions were timely and comprehensive. Their pricing was competitive and there were no "surprises". The crew was very hard working and when the job was completed, they did a good job cleaning up our yard (no small task as this was a sizable job) Any questions and/or concerns we had were answered quickly and professionally. We would recommend this company without hesitation. read more

Portanova Roofing did a great job on my roof. It came out really nice. We got a great price it beat other estimates. They came when they said they would and completed all work in a timely manner. All debris was cleaned from the yard. The roof looks beautiful. read more

After trying several local roofing companies who wouldn't return my calls or not come to the appointment when scheduled, a friend of mine referred me to Alex from Portanova. He was great. He came out the very same day we spoke and did an incredibly thorough review of our issue. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the gentleman who came to do the work a couple of days later, but he was just as thorough (even helped troubleshoot another issue we had that was unrelated to the roof) and did the work quietly and quickly. I would highly recommend Portanova Roofing and would certainly use them again. read more

Phenomenal experience with Portanova Roofing. My home was built in 1861 and had several layers of shingles on it so I realized it would be a major project. Out of the four bids I received Portanova was selected due to the followup and presentation of their representative Jim Corry. Mr Corry event over every detail of their process to insure I understood the scope and detail of the project. Their crew was professional and efficient and their supervisor Mike was well aware of Mr Corry's commitments and he also went above and beyond in insuring a tight roof. The roofing company's owner and president came by on several occasions during the two days as a followup to insure I understood everything that was happening, A solid team. The owner Ken, supervisor Mike and Jim so detailed oriented and so communicative with me as an owner. Can't say enough about their employees and their efficiency and the time and detail they took to clean up all the debris post project. Got to mention Alex who skillfully worked the roofing schedule to coincide with my business schedule. Again always communicating updates. Highly recommend them as they all individually impressed me with their ownership of my project. read more

My experience with this company has been nothing short of excellent. They are responsive, they do great work, and they are one of the few that doesn't try to take advantage of you with the price. I had a lingering issue that I contacted Alex about, and he showed up within the hour and fixed the issue with the materials he had. I had another company come out and offer to fix this "issue," plus "a few other things they noticed" for literally thousands. You won't get upcharged like this with Portanova - they are awesome. read more

What a great experience! Alex spent plenty of time in explaining the scope of the project and the (very reasonable) quote to me, so expectations were clear all around. Work was completed two weeks after I sent in the deposit. The roof looks wonderful, and I would recommend Portanova to anybody. Thanks to Alex and the whole team! read more

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate to replace a skylight. The person who was supposed to come called at the last minute to reschedule. At the next appointment he did not show up and didn't even bother to call or send a message. They seems to be extremely unprofessional and probably don't care about people taking time off from work for nothing. read more
