Very responsive, got the job done in only a couple weeks after I contacted them and were the lowest price by far.

I am writing to warn you of scams from this company…read more It has been almost 5 years, since Mike has done our house. When he come by our house to give us his quote he seemed like a nice guy, a straight shooter. I will have you know that is not the Mike that we got when he started doing the work. He gave us the estimate/quote, his team started work in August of 2021 and they did not get done until almost November. I would like to point out Mike came by 3 times while the job was going on but for only to get paid. He came over one night, did not look to good, maybe hung over, and nasty with the my wife begging yes begging for the 2nd deposit before it was due. Then he wanted the 3rd payment before it was due. Seem like he borrows from Peter to pay Paul. I have videos but unfortunately I cannot post the videos here. The video shows water gushing off our roof onto the deck. I have over 2 dozen of pictures of his work, but I am unable to post but a few. After the jobs was done maybe 3 weeks later, the door he had installed was installed wrong. We have mad cracks, draft holes coming from the door. The back double door lasted a total of 1 year maybe before it about come off the hinges. The back door we cannot lock and come through from the deck because he or his crew did not give us the keys to the door. Also above the front door, I mean right above it, there are seams in the white boards going over the front. Well those seams show like a sore thumb. My career is in fabrication of signage aluminum and steel, and when we had seams we would sand them down Bondo and sand it to smooth it out then paint it, and it never shows. Not this though. When his crew was doing the shingles on the north side of the house they did not put the house wrap on 3/4 of the side until we caught it, though it was laying in the drive way. We think one of the contractors took it to do his side jobs. I know a great deal as well on the back of the house that did not add the house wrap. During this time of them doing the work MA. and the surrounding area was suppose to get high winds and very bad storms. We contacting him several times to come take down the scaffolding and ladders he never responded to our request. I can go on and on, and have more pictures and videos, to share. He does not deserve anyone's business. It has taken us 4 years to post this as we started seeing the house work he did start coming apart. Also I tried to get him to come by so many times while he was doing the job, and he would blow us off. Also if he responds he will say it was our fault but nope, he did all of this. When he come to do the last walk around I showed him all of this not once did he offer to fix it. I will also note I treated his workers with the upmost respect, buying them lunch / pizza, waters, soft drinks as it was a hot summer. "Michael A. Letourneau is an enthusiastic and passionate" ......LAUGHABLE! Thank you for your time, and good LUCK if you decide to use Mike, and Atlantic Coast Property Solutions. Too bad I cannot leave 0 stars.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We hired Atlantic Coast Property to power wash our house and replace shingles…read moredamaged by woodpeckers. Mike Letourneau was initially very personable and seemed like he would be great to work with. The experience ended up being exactly the opposite. Mike didn't estimate enough materials to fix all of the shingles so his team only replaced a portion of the shingles, leaving others still damaged. It wasn't until they were done with the job that we realized they weren't going to replace all of the damaged shingles or suggest that they could order more. To make matters worse, the crew was in a huge rush to finish the job. When they finished on a Friday afternoon, they were in such a hurry that they left trash (materials, plastic water bottles, etc.) and nails, many of them rusty, all over the roof and grass. And not just a few nails, there were nearly a hundred. We have children and dogs who run barefoot through the grass regularly and we had to spend hours scouring the yard to make sure we found all of the nails. In addition, when the crew power washed the house, they took all of the screens off the windows. This wasn't something they told us they'd be doing, nor did they ask us to remove the screens or request access inside the house to do so themselves. We would have been happy to help with access to the screens or removal. Instead, they did it from the outside, using a tool to make two holes EVERY screen so they could remove them. When we addressed this with Mike, he was initially confrontational until we sent him pictures. At that point, he apologized and offered to have the screens replaced. We gave him all 30+ screens in mid-October and didn't get an update for months. By March, we were eager to have them back and exchanged a few promising texts with Mike in which he committed to returning them fixed shortly. In April, Mike eventually told us that he was not willing to fix them and claimed that he didn't believe his crew caused the damage. This was ridiculous because there were no holes prior to the power washing and no other way they could have removed the screens from the outside of the house. Mike ultimately returned the screens to our house, dusty and dirty from being stored all winter and offered no remedy other than for us to patch 30+ screens citing that they were "only small holes". Regardless of the size of the holes, the screens weren't damaged before we paid thousands of dollars to Atlantic Coast Property. And to be clear, some of the holes were sizeable. In addition, after being stored for the winter, many of the screens no longer fit in the windows. Wind has since blown some of those off and ruined more screens unnecessarily. As another review referenced, Mike was a great salesperson at the beginning of the process but when things went wrong and we addressed our concerns with him, he became rude and confrontational. During my final conversation with Mike, he shouted and swore at me repeatedly and accepted no accountability for the substandard work and damage done to my property. Needless to say, it was the most unprofessional encounter I've ever had. If you're looking for quality work done by a reputable professional, go elsewhere!

Weird but fine, if the text etiquette is on point. His was a mess. He asks me to take pictures inside and out, of the windows. Ok sure, but I'm one town over and you could just pop by. He asks what I want, I say picture windows. He sends me a picture of double hang and says he recommends them. Don't need them. Then he just TEXTS me a price range. Red flag. Where's your quote with the type of door being used? Also, the number is high. I ask for the SKU to look it up on my own. He sends me a generic link to an affiliate landing page for DOUBLE HUNG DOORS. Ok, so here's where you have to use your best judgement. These guys have great ratings on multiple pages, so they obviously do excellent installs. But that doesn't mean they aren't ripping people off, because you can get similar work done for MUCH cheaper. That's where I got him, bc he wasn't willing to disclose where his range was coming from and then immediately tried to pass me off to Renweal by Anderson, which is widely known as THE biggest price-hike in the game. The safe bet with them is whatever they quote you initially is about double what it should actually cost. So it makes sense the owner thought it's a reasonable peer in the industry. Then he weirdly started text-harassing me when I passed on his offer. Piss off.

My husband and I were only in town for a week and trying to tackle as much maintenance as possible in a very short window. After requesting a quote online, Paul followed up quickly via text and we scheduled a consult for the very next morning. Paul and his son were an absolute pleasure to work with. They clearly understood our situation--we just needed to get the house in good shape to sell--and never once tried to upsell us. In an age where so many companies subcontract everything out, it was incredibly refreshing to work directly with a father-and-son team who clearly take pride in their work. We even spent some time swapping stories about great rock 'n' roll shows we've seen. On their way out, I asked if we could quickly borrow their measuring tape to check the size of a missing piece of siding, since we planned to try fixing it ourselves. Without hesitation, they offered to take care of it when they came back to install the windows. That generosity alone meant so much and took one more thing off our very full to-do list. A few weeks later, the windows arrived and were installed without issue--and they absolutely added value to the house. But the story doesn't end there. Less than a week before closing, we discovered another piece of siding that needed repair. I texted Paul to see if they might be able to fix it or recommend someone, fully expecting to pay. Instead, Paul personally stopped by the very next day and took care of it himself. There is truly no one better to work with than Paul and his team. They are kind, honest, hardworking people who do excellent work and genuinely care about their customers. We are beyond grateful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The crew who worked on our house was wonderful - they consulted with us about everything they were doing to keep us informed and up to speed on the process and the updates that needed to be made to the plan (it's a 130 year old home, that had some unexpected nooks and crannies - but they handled all the changes and updates to the plan with MassSave for us). No problem, but then when McEachern came out, the problems began. They didn't seem to know what they were going to insulate in my house, however we worked through it. Once they arrived for the job, the foreman "hadn't even spoken" once to the owners about the job and the foreman seemed confused about what work to perform. I wrote a quick email message to Christine at McEachern and she became argumentative (this wasn't the first time). Basically, they did a HORRIBLE job smearing silicone over painted cedar shingles, left a huge mess for me to clean off and then took off. Before they even came, they wanted me to put a box vent on a small portion of my roof (the main roof has a ridge vent). So, I was forced to hire a roofer to put a ridge vent in, which cost me $1,000. Run. Run away from McEachern, even though they've been doing this for years.
