We just completed a major home upgrade with Fisher Windows, replacing fifteen windows and installing a new storm door. After thorough comparisons, we selected them due to their excellent reputation, dedicated in-house team, and significantly competitive pricing--$8,000 below other bids. Our installation was handled by Peter and Chris. They were exceptionally professional, friendly, and meticulous, ensuring our home remained clean throughout the process. What was projected as a two-day project was completed in just a day and a half. We are absolutely delighted with the superb quality and the windows and door. We wholeheartedly recommend Peter, Chris, and the entire Fisher Windows team. read more

I hired them to replace my basement windows a few years ago, and I loved their service so much I hired them again to do the rest of my house! These folks are honest, kind, and care about doing a great job. Everything from the initial quote to the final wrap up went smoothly. I absolutely love my new windows. The crew that installed them were courteous and efficient, and even left my house cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recommend them. read more

The response was very quick. Made my appointment with the owner. The owner's son did the estimate and measurements. No hard sell; just "this is what you need, this is what we got, this is the price." No nonsense. No pressure. The install team works for the company, not a sub-contractor. No multiple levels to wade through. That was a selling point for me. The team was fast, efficient, and friendly. The job looks great. Super happy with the outcome. Very highly recommend read more

I had my windows replaced and I cannot recommend Fisher Windows highly enough. They were affordable, the staff professional, and the windows have already made a big difference in my home. My place isn't that big, so it was a two day job in the middle of winter. (I probably should have rethought that.) There was some discomfort during the work, but changing in the winter made it much easier to tell how much of a difference the replacement windows have already made in my home. read more

Fisher Windows (Jeff) and his team did an outstanding job installing over 20 new Harvey windows in our home! Polo and his crew worked seamlessly together--Polo was exceptional, taking the time to walk me through everything and answer all my questions in detail. I'm absolutely delighted with the service from Fisher Windows and highly recommend them to anyone looking for window work. Thank you so much! JW read more

We just had 19 Harvey windows replaced in our 1950's ranch. From start to finish we couldn't of had a better team from Fisher Windows do the job. Kevin came out for the estimate and measurements as scheduled. Polo, George and Christian did the installation. Took time to cover our furniture and place drop cloths on the floors where they were working. Cleaned up the whole area after they were finished and took away all the old single paned / storm windows. They were polite, considerate and very respectful of our yard and property. We highly recommend this company for any window replacements you may be considering and have already recommended them to a few of our friends. Would definitely use them again if needed. Great product, great team and scheduling was right on! They also handled any building permits and after job inspections needed. Thank you team Fisher! read more

This is our second time around having Fisher Windows install replacement windows for us. Like Peter and his team before them in 2020, Dominic, Anderson and George did a fantastic job, with careful measurements, attention to detail and beautiful finish work (I'm the daughter of a master carpenter, I know what I'm looking at and I'm very fussy). They cleaned up afterwards and reinstalled the shades. They are professional and pleasant. Our house is very old - it's so nice to be able to retire the Mortite clay and have windows that (a) don't leak cold air and (b) don't have to be held open with chunks of wood. Thank you once again, and later we will talk about the exterior doors! read more

Jeff, Polo, Dennis, Ricky, and the whole crew are professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. They were able to complete a large project of 29 windows in just three days of work to accommodate a family emergency. They were even kind enough to let us borrow their HEPA vacuum for a few extra days. Their price for labor was extremely reasonable and they kept us in the loop. I would absolutely recommend them if you need your windows done! read more

Apparently just doing one window is beneath them. "One window is too small of a job. Try calling a General Contractor"- Jeff Fisher I went with Mr Handyman who offered to do the job that same day. I recommend you do to. He tried telling me "It's hard to stay in business doing small jobs". Ya know what else makes it hard to stay in business Jeff? Dismissing customers and jobs. You're welcome for that advice. No charge! read more

We bundled a window replacement with our upstairs neighbors since we only needed four windows replaced and were so excited that Fisher was willing to make that work! They were timely in consulting with us, coming for measurements, sending an estimate, and installing the windows. The crew worked hard and was both professional and respectful. We were especially pleased that the crew put down extra drop clothes inside our home over our carpet as it was a rainy day and they wanted to keep our space clean. They installed the windows, cleaned up well, and did a great job replacing a rotted outside window sill on one of our windows. Above all, we chose the Harvey windows are impressed with the quality of the windows and ease of cleaning them for such a reasonable price. We highly recommend Fisher Windows to anyone who needs windows! read more

Fisher Windows replaced the windows in our home in November 2025, and I couldn't be happier. Before choosing them, I got four estimates. Two companies sent high-pressure salespeople, and a third never followed up on my questions. Some looked great on Google, but Yelp revealed detailed 1-star reviews with photos of poor workmanship. Fisher Windows--a family-owned business for over 30 years--stood out immediately. Owner Jeff Fisher came personally to our home for the estimate. He was polite, knowledgeable, and completely low-pressure. His price was fair and competitive. The crew, led by Dominic with Anderson and Wilkins, was outstanding. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly. Dominic mentioned he's been in the U.S. for 10 years and with Jeff for 9 of those years, and that he really respects Jeff and feels fortunate to be working for him. When I emailed Jeff to compliment the team, he shared a heartwarming story: He knew Dominic's wife from his Peace Corps service decades ago and even hosted their family when they immigrated. That speaks volumes about Jeff--not just as a business owner, but as a person. I don't write a lot of reviews, but Fisher Windows truly deserves this one. Highly recommended! read more

These people are top notch! I got windows installed by them two years ago and they were very nice to work with. They suggested a few types of windows and let me make my decision. No hard sell., and also suggested getting a frosted window for my bathroom, which I never would have thought of, but love. One of them needed service recently and they came out and took care of if. Service with a smile, very professional! read more

Fisher windows did a great job overall on our windows. We had 19 windows replaced in our house, with the outside trim redone and encased in maintenance-free aluminum. We also had shutters installed. The contract with Fisher states that if they have to replace any framing or sills when doing the windows, they will charge an extra amount for the material. They did have to use a lot of material on our downstairs windows (where it turns out previous owners installed double hung windows into frames for casement ones) and stay an extra day to complete the work, but did not charge us an extra penny. The side molding in one of the windows did get damaged somewhat but it is an easy replacement next time we have a handyman around. They also say to expect to have to possibly paint/touch up around the inside window trim - for most of the windows we had to touch up only a tiny bit. They ordered the wrong style shutters at first, but re-ordered the correct ones and installed them. Everyone on the project was very professional. They cleaned up thoroughly each day and helped to put back furniture and window treatments. Its nice to have functional and good looking windows! read more

Used this company to do windows. They were very fast , efficient and best estimate out of the 3 I received. Mark was great and the whole staff was good, very responsive. We even had a later date for installation. But they had a schedule change and was able to come out sooner and do the work which made it all the better.. the windows look great and the service and clean up was immaculate! read more

Very friendly, helpful and professional people. Jeff helped me understand my issue and was easy to work with.

I can't say enough about the quality of the people and the work they do. We replaced all of our failed replacement windows and they were done in less than a day and a half. The price was reasonable and passed inspection with no difficulties. If you are looking for a window company, do not look any farther. We thought they did an exceptional job! read more

There are so many things to appreciate about the professionalism and pride of Fisher Windows. We had eleven replacement windows, all installed exactly on time and for a reasonable price. But here's what makes this company stand out. After installation, I noticed one of the windows had some space at the bottom, which made it look different than the others. Fisher came back to check it out and might have said "Oh, we'll just caulk that." Instead, they got a whole new window because they knew this one was faulty. It is that kind of honesty and integrity that earned all 5 of those stars. read more

I cannot stop glowing over the job Fisher Windows completed for me. Where do I start? We had 13 windows replaced and they came to do proper measurement, quickly responded to be my emailed questions and managed to get the windows and complete the jobs in half the time they quoted us. UNBELIEVEABLE!!! Jeff had done the measurements himself giving us history of the business and along with the pricing is what sold us to contract with them. The pricing was reasonable we felt, but the real icing\cherry on the cake was the team and their professionalism, courtesy and cleanliness. Polo, Dom and Andersen arrived promptly, with a geniuine kind\friendly attitude and completed the replacement in 6 hours. ( 8:30 to 2:30) I coulnd't believe it. They put drop clothes and clear plastic over our beds and kid furniture and vaccuumed well after they completed the job. They were kind enough to show me how the process is done and were thorough in the completion of the job. We have had neighbors stop by to say how impressed they were with the timing of the job considering it was a full replacement and how nice they look. My husband and I can't stop staring at the windows and I will urge you to strongly consider and then hire them ! read more

I cannot praise Jeff Fisher Windows enough ! They responded immediately to my original request for an estimate and then sent me the paperwork right away. When they had a cancellation, they called me to move up my appointment. Everyone I spoke with has been wonderful. The installers were friendly and polite and had their installation process down to a science. They worked straight through and cleaned up beautifully when they were finished. I cannot find a trace of cold air around any of those windows ! They're completely air-tight, and I can actually raise and lower them with a finger. TERRIFIC company and wonderful service ~ I'm delighted ! ! read more

Fisher Windows did an amazing job replacing 13windows and one french wood patio door. They even redid the wood trim around the door at no additional cost. The job took only three days to finish. One of the sash broke during transportation, but they were able to replace it within a week. They are super quick to respond and very helpful. read more

Dennis and Kevin responded quickly to my request regarding a window that wasn't working and this was 5 years after the original installation. I have recommended them to a neighbor who also was very pleased at the service. read more

Best contractor I have dealt with in my 20+ years of home ownership hands down. The entire team was exceptional from Paul - the knowledgeable, low pressure salesman; Jeff - the owner who came out to do the exact measurements; Dennis - who arranged for the permits and the timing of the project; and Polo and his assistant who were the most efficient installers in the business and left the job site cleaner than when they started. The 7 new windows look absolutely amazing and they were reasonably priced. My only regret is that I didn't contact them sooner. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family without any hesitation. read more

Highly recommend! You want a professional, kind, caring and knowledgeable installers call Fisher Windows. Dennis came out when we were in the process of moving in which can be stressful as is, but he did his thing and when done said he would send the quote. Well, within 24 hours I had a quote (most companies would be 1-2 weeks). Jeff (owner) then came to confirm measuring, explained his business, the process, etc. Knowing we just moved in he was making it seemly smooth, but since we are in May could be 6-8 weeks, BUT would keep us updated. The manufacturer was able to get windows sooner and when I saw an email of that I was shocked (of course come sooner). Crew came out and was professional, cleaning up along the way (most companies make you clean up). Friendly installers whom communicate to one another (Kevin and Juan are the best). I would recommend Jeff because of the quickness, fairness, professionalism and just out and out great business. THANK YOU! Have before and after photos if interested read more

Fisher Windows provided great service for a pretty big window replacement job at my home. The team responded quickly with a fair quote when I reached out to them. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Fisher Windows. I previously ordered 18 windows from Fisher Windows which were installed in January 2020. I wrote Fisher a very positive review on February 3rd, 2020, available here: https://www.yelp.com/biz/jeff-fisher-windows-waltham?osq=Fisher+Windows I recently began a bathroom renovation project and decided I wanted a small internal window for the bathroom. I called Fisher Windows to ask them if they'd order it for me. Even though it was a very small order, they treated it with the same level of care and enthusiasm as my first order. Paul took the time to answer my many questions about the window and made sure the order was made to spec. He mentioned to me that the supplier (Marvin) was more difficult to get ahold of for this order given its size but I could tell he stayed on top of them to make sure my questions were answered. Dennis did a great job of communicating the order status to me, and he even let me use a $100 coupon I received for writing the positive review in February. As before, I am very happy with Fisher Windows, would use them again, and would strongly recommend them. read more

Our experience with Fisher Windows was superb from start to finish. We had every window replaced in our home in June 2022 and are very happy with the windows and the price. The folks at Fisher Windows are great to work with. The communication with everyone is easy and friendly and the crew that installed the windows over two days showed up right on time, worked competently and efficiently, and left everything neat upon completion each day. We had read a lot of positive reviews about Jeff Fisher and his company and we were not disappointed. Definitely glad we chose them, and would certainly recommend. read more

I usually don't write reviews, but we had such a wonderful experience with Jeff and his crew that we feel obligated to share with those who are looking for reliable and quality contractors. Scope of our project: all together 13 windows replaced on an old house, big and small. Pros: 1. Cost-effectiveness: their offer is among the lowest we got with the same type of windows we were looking at; 2. Responsiveness: the team is so responsive! You can always expect a reply within 6 hours maximum. 3. Clear contract: instead of trying to make it sounds complex and difficult, their quote is a one pager list scope of work, and cost per window. I feel that if you are not looking to have different people coming in to do all these different parts, this is all you need to know. 4. Timeliness: This is the FIRST contractor we'd ever worked with that's not late!! 5. Quality of work: AMAZING! We were a bit concerned about the patch up work we'll have to do after the crew finish. But NO. They took our windows out, put new ones in, sealed it and cleaned all of them. The house suddenly looked so nice and bright, but you cannot tell that work had been done on the windows - absolute fine finishing. 6. Professionalism: the crew came in, laid all the cover on our wood floor every step of the way. There was no scratch, and barely any thing to dust afterwards. Cons: NONE. Finding contractors are always a risky game, and we truly feel that we'd scored this time! read more

We had all of the windows replaced in our 1925 house. I was quite apprehensive to do this because we have nice paint, wallpaper, wooden blinds, curtains, etc... that I did not want to get ruined in the process. Well, I needn't have worried. Jeff's crew did an amazing job of removing the old windows and installing the new ones with no mess and no breakage. I was so impressed with the way that they worked. They were considerate of our time, space, and property. I love that I can now open all of our windows easily. The Pella windows that we installed are high quality, energy efficient, and the look is in keeping with our colonial style house. They recommended a painter to us to come and paint the window frames after installation. This process also went very well. Our new windows look like they have been here forever. *WARNING* Our condo association hired Jeff Fisher Windows Co. to replace several dozen exterior storm windows after a large painting project. To begin with, Jeff Fisher Window Co. completely misrepresented their installation process; apparently they only install exterior storm windows from the INSIDE of the residence--a fact that they were not upfront about. When several of us unit owners expressed concern about this to Jeff Fisher Window Co., we continuously passed off to different employees who made vague promises of finding ways to properly install the storm windows on the second and third floors from the outside. (i.e., ladders, scaffolding, cherry picker) Alas, the day came for installation, and we had to let them do it from the inside. Because Jeff Fisher Window Co.'s technicians also took the measurements for the exterior storm window from the inside of out units, many of them do not fit correctly--they are too small, and more than 50% of our storms either need to be replaced, "adjusted" or entirely new screens. To make things worse, Jeff Fisher Window Co. also removed recently bought and installed storm windows from a unit that was not even part of the project! While trying to "adjust" the ill-fitting storm windows so that they would fit, Jeff Fisher Co.'s technicians damaged the wooden sash on one of our windows. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...you will likely regret it. Interestingly, one of them mentioned that they "aren't doing storms anymore" in one of our conversations about their exceptional ineptitude, although I suspect that this may have been yet another way to deflect. They aren't even responding to the BBB (Better Business Bureau), so... yeah, great company. read more

Jeff Fisher's crew installed 22 Harvey replacement windows in my house in January, and everything about this project was top notch. Jeff measured the 150-year old windows perfectly, the windows were delivered early (because he has a great relationship with Harvey), and the crew, led by Dominique, was fantastic. They worked efficiently, paid great attention to details, including preserving the 150-year old trim moulding and repairing insulation defects when they found them, kept everything clean, and were happy and friendly in the process. I have see the energy savings and the sound dampening from these windows already. I cannot say enough good things about this company and these people, and recommend them highly. read more

Fisher Windows replaced 8 windows in my home. I received many quotes (and got an education along the way on the huge variations in price from different sources). I liked that Jeff is a privately owned business that specializes in windows. He was also professional, friendly and responsive to my inquiries. His prices were also very competitive for good quality windows. I was concerned about the mess and repair work I might have to do to my trim after the installation, but they were clean and only left nail holes, which I expected. They didn't re-install my blinds right and I had to call them back to fix it, but they did so the same day. The order was also incorrect in that I had ordered windows with a 4 pane upper sash, which is what I had on my old windows but received single pane windows. The order said single pane, and I didn't catch the mistake. They could have easily charged me to change, but they came back with the 4 pane windows without cost to me. All in all it wasn't a perfect experience, but nothing ever is. I judge companies by how they handle customer service, and Fisher Windows earned a 5 star rating in my book. I got the impression Jeff has worked hard to build a solid business and takes customer service seriously. I have told all my friends about the company and will definitely hire him again when I'm ready to do the upstairs. read more

Excellent workmanship and responsiveness. Jeff came right away to do an estimate. Scheduling and permitting were a breeze. The installation team was friendly and professional.
