I looked at a few folks to have my roofing replaced before I put solar on and Marcos was the most affordable and also came highly recommended through sites like this so I felt comfortable going with them. Their team came at around 7:30 and almost finished by sundown at 6:30 that night. I have a very large roof with a lot of intricate details so there was at least 16-20 hours to do this I thought. They were great and Marcos was so wonderful to work with that I had to leave a review for others. I already sent his information to two neighbors who were impressed with the speed his crew worked and the quality of the work.

My roof was a bit of a pain to do work on, ~25 squares, a fairly steep pitch (as it's a home from the 1800s), and the previous roof was in complete disrepair as the previous owner just kept adding layer upon layer of shingle to repair the old roof. The roof deck underneath was original as well from the 1800s and was fairly rotted (this added an unknown cost at the end of the work, but it wasn't too bad, and still kept the amount under half of the other companies we were looking at). His team worked from 7 to about 5-6PM (during the late winter) and had the roof done in about a day and a half. So far so good with the roof work. Would definitely work with Marcos and MJT Home Improvement again.

The Symphony team ended up replacing 5 windows of ours, both large and small, and they look great! After getting several quotes from different window companies, it was an easy choice to go with Symphony Home Improvement. Their team was knowledgeable, informative, and competitively priced. The windows are doing a fantastic job retaining heat and keeping the wind out. The Softlite brand windows the Symphony team helped us pick out are both energy rated and coast rated, meaning they should handle the seacoast breezes we get for years to come. The Symphony team is polite, efficient, and cleaned up before leaving. My wife who is currently working from home due to the Covid-19 pandemic was able to continue working without interruption, as the team was very cognizant of current pandemic protocols as well as house etiquette. If my wife and I need additional window work done, we will be sure to call Symphony Home Improvement, and recommend them to anyone looking to install or replace windows in their home.

He told them he would pay half of the amount that I got in the quote. Check never received.

Next year we will be getting new roofs on our house and garage, as well as a few large picture windows replaced on our porch.
